This happened once to me. It was the scariest thing I've ever had to experience. I woke up and there was that black human shaped shadow with its big white eyes staring at me above my bed. I couldn't move for several seconds when I finally started to scream sooo hard.. I wish I never have to live this again..
This video makes no sense... sleep paralysis isn't even scary just the noises fuck you up a little.. Sit through the sleep paralysis and you'll find yourself going into a dream then you'll probobly become lucid if you know what to do from there!
@brakspbfun Ummm It does make perfect sense! And yes the shit is scary as fuck! I'm sorry, but when I feel something touching my shoulders, and hear a snarling/growling right into my ear as if this demon is spooned against me in my bed... I consier that pretty fucking scary. It does not matter if I try to relax or not. This happens to me every night along with my legs being moved to the side, and my blanket being pulled off of me..
my cousin has an im kinda sure dat i hav it cuz one day i wuz havin a nitemar be chased by woles and ghosts and i woke up & ''kept'' sleepin and i swearzz! i saw da ghosts and wolves in my room and ill never recover from dat and another time i heard evil screams i started cryin and called my mom cuz i wuz like 5 yearz old......
Sleep paralysis is natural. You may hear splitting sensations (high pitched noises etc). Astral experiences are amazing & you can learn alot.
THere are negative entities but nothing to worry about. you can learn recitations to get rid of them. They only want to keep you from conscious astral experiences by scaring you. I learnt all about this in free courses at gnosticawakenings (google it). Good luck

I got sleep paralysis once, it made a high pitched noise in my ear for about a minute and then I woke up. No images.
