You don't have to show every action a character does for example instead of showing Harley hitting the lamp switch and then showing the lamp light up just show the light lighting up with the sound of the switch, it saves time and you don't lose interest of the veiwer
I think it'd have been good if you had spoken to a different resident at the asylum first, like Jonathon Crane or something, to see some other characters.. MAYBE even to set up a sequel! But other than that, great scene! And 3:00 really scared me, I jumped out of my skin! Brilliant so far.

oh about the making, it's cool how you showed the mirror and didn't show the camera's reflection. some fan made videos screw that up.
