  • it would be nice to know some of the exact measurments, like how many cloves of garlic, or how many liters of water, or even what cut of beef to use? how many pounds?

  • It's more tasty if you saute the garlic onion and ginger, and instead of water you may use the excess water when u wash the rice for cooking. try it

  • you can peel the potato right away but u should soak it in warm water to avoid discoloration

    You don't have to soak the potatoes in a water if you will place it into the cooking pan immediately after peeling. Any water temperature will do. Thanks for the comment.
