it would be nice to know some of the exact measurments, like how many cloves of garlic, or how many liters of water, or even what cut of beef to use? how many pounds?
can i ask u plzz what is the tittle of the background music? plzzz i like it its very relaxing i like to play this while am cooking some food ^_^ plzz
i hope all the recipe posters will do it the same way you do. No talkies, everything in writing, good music and in english, very informational, entertaining and shareable to non-tagalog speakers. Very smart, thank you...:)
You don't have to soak the potatoes in a water if you will place it into the cooking pan immediately after peeling. Any water temperature will do. Thanks for the comment.

It's more tasty if you saute the garlic onion and ginger, and instead of water you may use the excess water when u wash the rice for cooking. try it
