Actually by law they have NO RIGHT to give u a ticket for no helmet. SC has NO HELMET Law, a city alone cant just make up the decision to make their own law. I got a ticket for speeding, and loud pipes. A car was tailgating me, and I gave my bike jus enough throttle to get passed the person in the right lane, and I switched over. Got a ticket for goin 7miles over the speed limit WTF
