Is it really only a 1/4 cup of chicken stock? It looks like you used alot more than that. Otherwise looks awesome mate, will be attempting that myself in the near future
Niice, I love mussels. I do it almost the exact same way except I also add white wine and cilantro into my steaming liquid. I haven't tried adding cream at the end just yet, but I will now =D
