  • good job on video...its just they missed something!i thing that dog should run much before the people started to run...

  • @LemireCassie Don't forget to say your prayers in Latin, hit yourself in the head with your Bible, kneel before the cross and whip yourself while repenting. Don't forget to dress like a monk when doing this, not the Buddhist kind, but the badass Catholic kind!

  • @MyPaddyp Actually, two to three miles is more accurate. In real life, it wouldn't go as far inland as one may anticipate (like in deep impact and 2012) and will be more like the tsunami in day after tomorrow (I haven't seen any of those films). The surge, however would be a different story, and would affect 20-40 miles inland. If you live in Alexandria or Williamsburg, VA, your screwed, but if you are in Richmond or the greater DC area, you won't be affected (very much at least)

  • More like it goes 100 miles inland, 10's of millions dead, and not many buildings left standing, can a building withstand a wrecking ball 500 feet high that has the weight of a country like greenland????

  • i would hold on to a light pose because i wont drown

  • I heard some paranoid nut say the Israelis were going to nuke this Island in 2012 which is the only reason i know anything about this

  • Darn... I would have saved the puppy and got my butt to the top of that building.... Forget all you other people. I would have been the first one to be up there.

  • Sitting here on Long Island watching this video. On travel holidays and weekends it takes almost two hours to get past NY city, can you imagine if all the eight million people on Long Island had to leave immediately? Ain't gonna happen, sweetie. Alternate plan B- Go to liquor store, consume vast quantities of everything humanly possible til it don't matter anymore. In other words, just another saturday night, except no sunday hangover.

  • nice

    the buildings do not fall

  • 4:22

oh im just gonna cusually watch New York get abolished by a tidal wave like I'm bored

  • bence çok saçma :D

  • Fake

  • 5 weeks ago a volcano erupted in the carnary islands but it wasn't La palma thank god

  • @NBA2K11122 It's El Hierro, and there have been over 10,000 eruptions since July of this year. It's continuing to have tremors, and scientists believe that the magma is trying to find a way out. Right now, there is a lot of energy building up, and if there is a large enough earthquake, a landslide could occur. Meanwhile, it is 57 miles from La Palma, and the magma chambers are connected. A large earthquake at El Hierro could affect La Palma, as well. It's a continuing saga....

  • Thousands , more like millions! When this happens it will be awful and it WILL happen!

  • btw if any of u are in this situation dont get in a damn building... get on a boat and get as far out in the sea as possible bc tsunami wavesdont form until they are close to shore

  • @bighead3239 good luck on your boat

  • @bighead3239 these waves are miles long and wold start to form over 50 miles out at least.

  • @bighead3239 WRONG. A conventional Tsunami behaves as you state, however, a mega tsunami behaves in a completely different fashion. WHEN the island of La Palma collapses into the sea, it will create a wave many hundreds of feet high which will travel across the Atantic at high speed, gaining in momentum and energy until it blitz's the US East coast. It is estimated that it will reach 0.5K in height and travel at hundreds of miles an hour.

  • i wouldnt doubt that this happens... its possible

  • Thats a wave U can't swim, good luck...

  • Surfs up!!!!!

  • whoever made this movie I must admit did do a pretty good editing job!

  • ill swim that bro

  • I love how this guy gets so frustrated at missing his flight, but then just shrugs off the fact that NY has just been destroyed by this giant wave and then gets frustrated that no one in NY will answer their phone.

  • lol at 5:09

  • No doubt thousands? Fucking millions would have died from that shit.

  • I live in south Florida, wouldn't it be ideal to nuke the wave to distinguish it? It would save lives!

  • @UpForDanceroid not a good idea the radio activty and it would kill the fish too

  • @James12321666 Do we not have more value than the fish? Is human life not more important and delicately valuable than the fish? And the radio activity, it would be in the ocean anyways so I guess that until that radio activity reaches civilization is at very much less harmful than a very terrible wave like that! We can protect ourselves from the radio activity, but not from the wave.

  • @UpForDanceroid

Setting off a nuke would be basically in efficent, the wave can't pop up till its very close to shore, if you were to hit it with a nuclear weapon, it would probably end up destroying New York too, and if we were to hit it at the exact same spot where it fell off the shelf, we would have some very pissed of Spaniards.

  • @Tophatsweekly you need to be sure of what you believe sir.

  • @UpForDanceroid Just to say, setting off a nuck would stil cause a large wave, yeah may be smaller than the wave you target, but it will still be like 250ft high. Besides what about the rest of the wave? This tsunami will strech from Halifax, Nova Scotia to possible Recife, Brazil and may even damage Rio. There is no way you can stop a wave with a bomb. And I like to add, we in the UK would be fucked to from this wave.

  • @OrbBlueCitizen Re the UK, strictly speaking you are incorrect. Whilst there will be some damage caused to the south coast, it will pale into insignificance compared to what lies in store for the Yanks & their east coast. You are correct in your assertion that it cannot be stopped by man, we might just as well piss into the wind as try and stop it!

  • @LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH You may not be aware of the fact that the predicted height of the wave to hit the south coast of the UK is a staggaring 400ft high. My house is only on a 200ft cliff-top, many areas like Plymouth, London, Southampton, Dover, ect will be obliterated. Yeah ok New York, Boston, Miami etc will be a huge loss, especially to the USA but the cities in danger in the UK, well there are very important to our country ie Plymouth links us to France and Spain and London is our capital.

  • @OrbBlueCitizen Well that data is contrary to what I saw on a documentary about this some years ago, which eluded to the effect that damage in the UK would be very slight/minimal. It did not imply that the south coast would be Blitzed, and neither did this documentary suggest such an occurrence.

  • @LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH We must have seen different documentarys then. Although the damage will be slight compared to the damage suffered by the USA, it will be catastrophic for us. What people in the UK dont realise is that its not the height of the wave thats the main worry but the billions of gallons of water behind it. What Im trying to do is to get a Tsunami Warning System and Planning Comitee, you may think we dont need one, but I really think we do, as a precaution.

  • that's it?

  • Hmmm On March 11th, 2011 the Tsunami that struck the northeastern coast of Japan was estimated to have attained a maximum height of a minimum of 35 feet to a maximum of 77 feet and washed inland as far as ten miles. Therefore a 500 foot wave would go much further than two miles. Only in the movies LOL

  • @Basketballstar994 We must be on the same wave length because I was thinking the same thing.

  • lol people would nevr act like that if a mega tsunami was happing

  • test

  • bullshit....just bullshit... Whenever they say that this year will end in 6 pm, nothing happen. when they say next year will happen, Bullshit. And when they say after next year and so and so and so in 6 pm, NOTHING HAPPEN!!! so fuck up, act up, and get me some Coffee, cause there is NO such thing as a FUCKING MEGA TSUNAMI!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @nastenkakoza1

First off, this documentary is just fiction, the creators of this show didn't say a day like this can happen. And second, there ARE such things as mega-tsunamis. These events are created by landslides into the ocean (like this one), and meteorites hitting the ocean. The resulting waves are usually much bigger and violent than regular tsunamis made by earthquakes. These mega-tsunamis are rare, but they have occurred before, the last one happened in 1958 in Alaska. Okay?

  • @FreemanJS91 I agree with FreemanJS91. The wave that struck Alaska in 1958 was recorded at over 1,000ft high, now thats pretty mega if you ask me.

  • bullshit....just bullshit... Whenever they say that this year will end in 6 pm, nothing happen. when they say next year will happen, Bullshit. And when they after next year and so and so and so in 6 pm, NOTHING HAPPEN!!! so fuck up, act up, and get me some Coffee, cause there is NO such thing as a FUCKING MEGA TSUNAMI!!!

  • aww i hoped the doggy made it

  • @Darkseraphmiyako18 the dog did make it cuz they do run pretty fast

  • Is that already happened?or will happen?srry for this stupid question

  • Arund 5:30 the guy says the tidal wave traveled 2 miles inland, yeah right.. try like 20+ miles inland easy..

  • If this was to happen, i doubt the government would warn the people, they would just let it happen because thats to many people to have freaking out.. But i'd like to believe our government would tell us..

  • impressive and possible. hard to evacuate 10 million people in 8 hours. A wave that big wouldnt lose much energy it would still be hundreds of feet high coming ashore along the entire eastern seaboard

  • os predios nao cairam??? que construção incrivel.... deviam ter feito para as torres gemeas...

    lol

  • Why was the new York city not told to evacuate. All they did was send a couple helicopters telling people to go into skyscrapers. Why did they not get the USA armies and help get people out of the city.

  • @4L3X4ND3R5 How do evacuate 10 million people in a matter of hours? The US army wouldnt be able to do much. Not only New York City would be hit but Boston, Philadephia, Charleston, Savannah, Miami well most of Flordia. There are 65 million people living on the eastern seaboard. To evacuate that many people is a logistical nightmare.

  • why is that goin guy to new york if theres a tsunami btw that stupid fuck doesnt even see the tsunami on the tv what a retared guy bitch and he acts like he doesn't give a damn

  • why is that goin to new york if theres a tsunami btw that stupid fuck doesnt even see the tsunami on the tv what a retared guy bitch

  • @logan4762 On the island of La Palma, the western coast has weakened considerably over the last few centuries, enough so that the next volcanic eruption has a very good chance of causing a large portion of it to collapse into the sea. That would generate a massive tsunami that would cross the Atlantic in hours.

  • why is that goin to new york if theres a tsunami btw that stupid fuck doesnt even see the tsunami on the tv what a retared guy bitch

  • Lol. 1:32 - 1:55 Silly Americans.

  • This is what happens when Chuck Norris does a cannonball

  • @imvugeek xd

  • man i live in cape hatteras nc. i think i should move soon haha

  • That's bound to happen in New York City very soon

  • The dog :(

  • @keirab133 the dog made it into the building

  • Hey, if it does hit ohio, should I grab my floaties? Lol.

  • Holy crap.... thats scary as hell!!!!!!!! O_O and i live in NY O.O welp... Time to move the hell outta here :D

  • more like 50 meter and 5 miles inland

  • hmm i was wondering, when the tsunami hits an area, where does it stop? like this, when it hits new york... about 500 feet high xD and so where does it stop? does it like go over america? sorry for bad english. answer my question and be serious, thank you

  • @TobiCollab It stops when it runs out of energy. Which for a wave that large, is going to be several miles inland.

  • We need to unveil the governments new super duper secret high-tech ark that will ferry us to Mars to terraform, colonize, and harvest the resources there.

    I don't do drugs.

Please like this I'm an attention craving whore.

  • I wonder will Brooklyn be included

  • I'll charter a private jet no matter the cost....where I could take my family to safer grounds

  • IF you read in the bible of god, you will hear that he had flood earth once since of sins. I know some people dont care about this but this is what god might be doing. He might be flooding earth. BUILD YOUR ARKS!!! like this comment if you agree with me

  • @ScR33cH2468 he ALSO said, he will never flood earth, he made that promise

  • @imvugeek

Yes, he said that he would never create another flood like in the day of Noah, he didn't say that water wouldn't be part of his wrath! Or an earthquake for that matter. Your statement sir or Madam, is like saying a Tsunami will never happen again? Look what has happened in Japan... Best...

  • @woodwards2011 i said flood the earth... as in ALL of earth, plus the water in japan went down. and i never said anything about an earthquake

  • chuck norris surfed on that wave

  • many say the worlds going to to end in 2012 and others think it wont but somethings waiting for us in 2012 i mean think about all the things that gave happened over the last year:

    cyclone yasi

    queensland floods

    japan earthquake

    japan tsunami

    hawaii volcano eruptions

its been longer than 100,000,000 years since it was the start of existance and now gods had enough of all the crap that geos on:

    drugs,murdfer,suicide,rape,torture,beating people

and now its all happening, pray for mercy

  • @ihaveanerfgun Just cause there was a hurricane a flooding and a eruption in hawaii does not mean that the end of the world thing is coming i'll give you that on what has been happening in japan to be signs but really when you think about it the cyclone led to the floods the earthquake to the tsunami btw Earth was created nearly 4 billion years ago the start of humans couple hundred thousand the start of actually human society cant be anymore than 50,000 because thats when we actually started

  • @ihaveanerfgun 50,000 because thats when we actually started developing human mordernality thats just a dinky amount of time compared to 4.6 billion 4,600,000,000 compared to 50,000

  • east coast is new york right?

  • At 2:29, that's impossible. A tsunami doesn't start gathering height until it enters shallow water, not in open ocean.

  • @rainer250 Yes...and when hits NY will be a much smaller wave, about 10-20 meters.

  • WHAT IN THE HELL???

  • i hate it when that happens!

  • what if we just nuked the island, then it wont slide into the ocean right?

  • is this real???

  • @XxCaMoXxSnIpErXx It's hypothetical

  • The interview is hiliarous. It describes us NYCers perfectly; we just don't give a shit anymore. We hear about threats every single day. If we worried all the time, there wouldn't even be a point to living here.

  • this my happy and real life they need to come today and real life that this come happy

  • this my happy and real life

  • New yorks purpose: a shield, i'm in ohio, pretty far away, i'm safe but fear worse for the others.

  • @solarshenron Lol same here. Ohio is safe :3

  • On 2013 imma be watchin 2013. seriously guys, no such thing as planet X. Say imma liar all yah want but if it was realy, we would be able to see it. Wikipedia 2012, hahah go Wikipedia.

  • Okay I'm sorry this is stupid. Nobody is just going to sit there and act like they're watching a documentary on slug mating, everyone in that airport would be shocked, dismayed and terrified watching that news report.

  • STOP SAYING ITS NOT GONNA HAPPEN B CUZ IT WILL. STOP SAYING WE'RE GONNA SURVIVE CUZ WE'RE NOT. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WE CAN DO TO STOP THIS EVEN IF WE TRIED OUR HARDEST. SO STOP THINKING THAT UR SPECIAL AND U WILL SURVIVE BECAUSE YOU WONT. JESUS I'M TIRED OF PPL SAYING OH I'M GONNA SURVIVE THIS BECAUSE BLAH BLAH BLAH. THEY'RE NOT!!!! UR WON'T SURVIVE! YOU WON'T SURVIVE AND YOU WON'T SURVIVE!

  • Lol if it is over 500m high, then shouldnt it be higher than the empire state building?

  • @Leok450 it is suppose to die out.. to about 80 metres higgh...over 250 feet!

  • @colinrhar I know that, I said that in the context of the situation and obviously to be a smart ass. Lol

  • @Leok450 You realize there was a wave in 1958 in Alaska that was taller than the Empire State Building right? Don't doubt something just because it sounds outlandish.

  • @madskrillz2 Yes, I know about that and I think it was actually 1963, in Lituya Bay. The wave was 530-540m high or so. In this video the reporter says that it is over 500m, and me being a smartass and purposly not considering the fact that it gets smaller over a long distance, I replied with that comment to the video, implying that there would be no point to shelter. on the buildings roofs.

  • @Leok450 Ah I gotcha. I thought you were just being a smartass saying that a wave of that size is not possible. Sorry, misunderstanding from another smartass lol

  • @madskrillz2 Lol yeah smartassiness ftw.

  • @Leok450 no the wave shrinks over time

  • @HaloTrackStudios Do you think I really do not know, that? I was being a smartass.

  • @Leok450 good job dip shit

  • Comment removed

  • @newchihuahua This i slike the 10th time I have to reply to someone ignorant. If you bother to look at the other comments, you will see that I replied to numerous people. I obviously know that the wave would decrease in size.

  • @Leok450 All right, all right. Sorry. But I'm not ignorant, it's just that obviously a wave traveling thousands of miles would lose most of its height when it reaches the American coast.

  • @newchihuahua LOl yeah sorry to be so mean.

  • @Leok450 2:51 he says its 500 feet high

  • @jasenrooks2001 Once again, if you bothered to look at the comments and replies bellow, you would see that i was being a smart ass, and obviously know that the wave gradually gets smaller.

  • @Leok450 never looked down in the comments yet lol

  • Theoretically yeah.

  • what's the point of running if you still get hit by the wave?

  • @atomicbetty12

    What more can you do?

  • of course everything happens to NY because as some people say its the capital pf the world and one of the most know cities in the world and destroying it means marketing so people think this "This may happens so maybe I should go there before it does" Then BOOM the city gets more people visiting and they only show Manhattan no Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx because most of the tourist part of the city is there and has the most tourist atractions

  • that was a good video

  • everything happens to new york

  • @blockstar96 - Yes, and it's sad, because LA would be improved by a mega tsunami, ie it would be wiped off the face of the planet, and we'd all be better off for it.

  • @blockstar96 i live on long island which is even worse :(((

  • Hmm I Moved from the mid west to the East Coast, then saw 2012 and was like "Cool nothing but a loud bang and some ash from Yellowstone" But now.......Shit >.> <.<

  • LOL! this won't happen God himself said that he will NEVER flood the world again it only happened in the biblical times era so therefore this is all fear propaganda bullcrap fake and gay but cool story bro nice

  • at 3:37 the dog smiling like he wants to be kill by the tsumai.

  • @Blue97224 Poor New York City always getting harassed the city can't even rest in peace =(

  • Got enough American Stereotypes? Dumb Americans at 1:34! "Durrr, sound waves?" Militant Americans at 2:05! "This is Ghostrider requesting a flyby" Terrible American airline system at 5:05! "Canceled my flight over a little water? WTF"

  • @thestevehamn

    Militant? They're soldiers!

  • ok people this isn't true. A land slide on the on the other side of the earth wouldn't cause that big of a wave it would make at least a little tidal wave that would just come up over and destroy about a few things. THE POINT IS, IT'S NOT GONNA BE THAT BIG

  • @Superkjwanner101 to be honest mate the wave will actually be massive when that happens, watch the documentary about it

  • @Superkjwanner101 not true but let's pray you're right

  • 4:27 that guy doesn't even give a shit, top notch acting there for ya

  • now that's bullshit on that fake news new yorkers would not be that calm. theyd be freaking out. and running for their live

  • If this was to happen I guess all the tunnels that are being built will come in

    handy for the chosen ones

  • Is this a film are just somebodies work its good theres a few videos of this on here plz msg bk thanks.

  • Everybody is so sad about the dog, what about the baby in the backseat?Nobody is crying over it.

  • bullshit

  • Wow I think ima move far far away from the east coast, being that i live in virginia beach we would be one of the first ones hit..... yep far far away

  • The christians are having visions of this. I have been hearing it for a while. I googled "tsunami east coast" :

Mega Tsunami Alert to US East Coast (English Version)

  • dam i would hate to fall over when running away from the tsunami

  • the mega tsunami dosnt have teh powa to destroy the world or an entire country so dont worry youre fine

  • Why does every foriegn asshole get a boner thinking about the destruction of major US cities like New York? I don't get it.

  • i remember an earthquake was so bad a while ago so that day I grabbed my dog and we had to drive far far far away i remember staying at an inn for how bad it was

  • The part with the unknowing dog in a car is a gafe! Animals "feel" desaters and he shoulb be barking like nothing and not stretching out his tongue...

  • a tsunami wouldn't be 500 feet high in the middle of the atlantic -- it only builds height once it reaches the coast.

  • @clorenzo17 a true fact, that makes us all much more relaxed...;-))))

  • independence day! but with water!

  • is this a movie?

  • @neverbever DURRRR! its The Day After Tommorow

  • wait and why is no one evacuating from new york right now. because when volcanoerrupts it'll be too late and there will be mass traffics. fuck it doesnt matter. my parents or anyone in ny wont listen to this. even though it might happen any second. i guess i was destined to die young

  • @MaxFlared dont forget that super volcanoe i yellowstone!

  • wow... this clip is so fucked up on it's facts. First of all, 500 meters is bigger than the fucking EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. The wave in this clip is only 150-300, at a very most, when it was said earlier the wave was 500 meters! What the hell!? Second, a wave hitting New York City--even one as small as in this clip--would literally demolish and knock over any building in it's path. WTF?! How could this movie miss so obvious facts?! And that's only from barely four minutes of clip!

  • Ok I give up.I have tried to find this film with no luck.

  • There was supposed to be a mega-tsunami in 2005... -_-

  • good thing B.C. has a lot of mountains surrounding it we wont be attacked!!!!!!!!

  • The wave is going to travel a hell of alot farther inland then 2 miles. I'm thinking about 50 miles or more and millions dead.

  • @poodtang1 a 500 meter wave would travel 10-50 miles in land and kill anywhere from 5-30 million people (depending on the governments reaction), which would literally collapse the economy worldwide and create a second great depression, only ten times as bad, which would last many, many years.

  • @wikiwuki

Also a 500m wave would kill millions on the other side of the Atlantic. All the low countries and areas of western Europe: Holland, Belgium. It would travel around the world several times like a ping pong ball.

  • @poodtang1

Plus all of the deaths worldwide from diseases like cholera etc. When they said they could relocate 2 million refugees yes, but what about 50 million. Which leeds to where are you going take care of them: food, shelter etc. They couldn't go back to where they were the whole area would be unlivable for mayby a generation.

U.S would be focused with repairing there country for the next 30 years and nothing else.

It's been 5 years since Katrina and there still not back to normal.

  • YAY THE CUTE DOGGY SURVIVED XD

  • awww tht poor doggy! :-(

  • nenenenenenenenenenenene,

  • Surf's up!

    XcD

  • this is not a joke i had a dream. about this. its going to happen God tould me to warn the people. over and over.i tryed to warn people in this dream they would not listen. this is a warning from God get right with God befor it to late listen to the waring. say Jesus i know i am a sinner and you died on the cross for my sins i repent of my sins and ask you in to my heart in Jesus name. thanks seek jesus now. if want more infor you can at mrsfaith4eva

  • @Mrsfaithful4eva

When was it? I was woken at 5am May 25th with the word Tsunami in my head.

I believe a tsunami will come to the east coast soon but I don't know when.

I have been asking God what I should do if this is true.

  • @Mrsfaithful4eva I had a vision about this also in 2006.. you can see my vid "Warning to America of disasters coming" It is not a joke. YOu are so right!

  • @Lachance8 vision?? lol have dreams almost every day about me being on coney island and seeing a big ass tsunami. and everyone just standing and looking at it

  • @MaxFlared do you really or are you just joking? Eizabeth

  • @Mrsfaithful4eva It is so sad how so many people are joking about this! It brings tears to my eyes. We just have to believe that if our words help one person, it is worth it! Elizabeth

  • goddamn illegal tsunami's invading our space and killing people for minimum wage jobs

  • @knibis95

For someone with such a stupid name ur right
