@richancock1 Thanks bro, I've looked up TSC his system looks good, but I decided to go with AthleanX Jeff Cavalier is an Amazing trainer. I started out doing his free workouts on youtube then I was sold on buying the system which cost me $67, after you buy the system they continue to send you tips and things to modify to you can keep using it. Best money I ever spent. He post tons of free videos too. Let me know if you got any questions be happy to help.
