The song gives the image of walking through a peaceful town, maybe your looking up at the sky or checking out the local markets, or just sitting on a bench observing eveyone who passes by. Then at 2:00, I can just imagine some sort of encouter when this starts playing. Maybe an old rival or friend passes by and asks what you doing just lazing there? Maybe it's finally time to settle who's better! However at 3:00 your competition stops and you both just sit down and enjoy a peaceful afternoon.
