  • ohh your beautiful :) thanks for the tips!

  • =.= i still don't understand.

  • chico muy muy caliente <3

  • omg you are so so HOT.. <3

  • you know that rinsing w/ water isn't going to remove the oil you added (and all the other oily stuff it dissolved), right? it's for the same reason you gave in the beginning. oil is hydrophobic and repels water, therefore it will not incorporate and rinse away. the best way to get rid of it is to remove most of the oil w/ a cotton ball, then wash w/ a pH-balanced cleanser (i like olay gentle foaming). this removes the remaining excess oil when rinsed w/ water.

  • @krisisnkaos I think the point is, when he wets his hands and then rubs then oil into his skin, it emulsifies, and so when it's emusified (the oil is mixed/suspended in the water) then it can be rinsed off with water.

  • haha ur so adorable. I was wondering about that, it looks so good for your skin and looks like it keeps it young without expensive creams. Good for mascara and heavy make up removal yes?

  • he is cutee(;

  • Such a FINE man! Mmmm...

  • Thanks! I went to the store and bought this oil and it works so amazingly!!!

  • Why do you make a dark video such a tease. Now my sister is also a big fan! You'r fan.

  • dermaologica's pre-cleanse is super fantastic use a loonie (sorry for the americans ) size and then like josh said apply dry massage in then add and massage with h20 then rinse remember to alway cleanse twice if using a oil based cleanser

  • he is sooo good looking

  • omg u look so cute without all that make up..u are very handsome

  • great skin.. also coconut oil is fantastic, I use it all the time.

  • I love coconut oil!! But it's kinda expensive = ='' so I use baby oil instead XD

  • ?? It's only 12 bucks at nutrition house in a huge tub..try walmart.

  • I discovered oil based cleansers a couple of years ago and it is possibly the best thing I've ever used on my skin.

  • damn, he's sexy.

  • agreed ;)

  • could you use this method with any cleanser?

does it HAVE to be oil based?

  • You could essentially rub a cleanser into your skin when it's dry but most of the time it's best to follow the instructions that are on the cleanser that you purchased. The method Josh is demonstrated is how most oil-based cleansers are suggested to be used.

  • damn..i wish u barked at my tree haha! u is handsome boyy!!!

  • Oooh I dunno but I've recently tried extra virgin olive oil on my face, and while still having that evenly applied, i use my cleanser to coat over it and massage it in my skin for about a mintute, and after i rinse...it makes your face feel so clean and soft :)

  • what dose the oil do? i've never tried it before so i don't know what i whold use an oil clenser for

  • to take off make up

  • dayum in da beginning you look HOT =]

    your amazingly gorgeous lol

  • You have such a beautiful face!

  • Yes, he's gay, his other video was his drag queen persona, Misty. :)

He vary rarely does the Misty thing though.

  • ooh got it =)

  • Yep. :)

  • I don't understand why his SEXUAL ORIENTATION is relevant, whatsoever.

    It's not.

  • exactly, i don't get why some douchebag ever raised the concept that it was!!

  • i dont have a problem with gay or bi people so why dont yu go and take you judgemental problems some where else =)

  • if youve got nothink nice to say fuck off!

    fucking childish bastard!

  • will you please explain to me how oil cleanses your skin?

  • damn your sexy <3<3<3 :)))

  • i love your quick tips :)

  • what happened to your industrial :O are they gone :O ?

  • Also Shu Uemura oil cleansers need to be massaged MAXIMUM 1 minute.

The whole idea of Shu oil is to remove makeup with oil topically.

You don't want to massage the cleansing oil into your face. It is NOT a moisturizing or hydrating oil. It is a cleansing oil.

If you massage the cleansing oil more than 1 minute, you will clog your pores and they will make your pores HUGE!

    sharing is caring! =)

  • what if u wash ure hands first with soap???

  • you're so cute

  • haha! it's the "fro-hawk"! awesome!

  • AMAZING..

    you really gave good tips!!

    LOvesss it!!

  • i do myn differently..i wash my face..dry it then put that oil cleanser thingy. then rinse it again...because i dont want to mix the oil with dirt on my face.

  • your hair looks adorable here x

  • you are sooooo fit lol ;).....

  • You're like so......Wow! *sigh* :) :$ <3 x x

  • this is really helpful, thank you!! X

  • You are gorgeous

  • haha love info in sidebar

  • what kind of oil based cleanser did you use?

  • shu umera skin purifying oil

  • you're so sweet

  • what ethnicity are you?

  • I think he said he's partially Polish, partially Kenian and partially Egiptian.

    Aren't I right, Josh? :]]

  • xsuzannexfarrahx: a mixalottacan

  • @petrilude if you go to google and search up ''mixalottacan'' this video will be the only thing that pops up (:

  • You are so hot I can hardly stand it!

  • hahah on your left ear, the light shines through where you had a cartilage piercing at the top :3

  • this tip is genius (as usual)! thx!

  • is it okay to rub your face that hard like that? i

  • Very sexy lighting! ; )

  • I just received my shu eumura oil cleanser the (green bottle) in the mail today and so far I'm loving it. It's way better than shiseido's oil cleanser and smells much better than any other oil cleanser I've used. I was using EVOO prior to using the shu eumura but the thing I didn't like about the EVOO was that it still left a real oily residue on my face even if I follow with a foaming cleanser afterward. Shu eumura product is fantastic!

  • your hair is really curly! =]

  • oh thanks

    kemist87 :D

  • I have never heard of oil cleansers... Are they used if you have dry skin or can anyone use them?

  • AwesomeMandy: they're aimed more towards people with dryer skin since they help to keep the skin hydrated.

  • Thanks! :3 I will have to look into this.

  • I used that same Shu cleanser and I used it with dry hands and face as well, but it clogged all my pores, even with using a toner afterward, I would suggest using another cleanser after an oil-based one to get rid of residue. I really only use that product now for eye makeup removal until it's all used up. :/

  • the shu cleansers use mineral oil, which by itself doesn't clog pores, but it will trap other comedogenic things in since it's a heavy sticky thing.

try DHC. MAC's cleanse off oil is fantastic too, that's what I've been using lately.

  • i love your quick tips(=

  • I have never tried an oil based cleanser, but may do so now.

Could you elaborate on toner in a quick tip?

  • Great tip...Good to know I have been using it right. Thanks Josh :)

  • so beautiful

  • When I watched this, you reminded me of someone and now I know how!

    Corbin Blue!

  • raeraejeij: oh jeez, thats scary!

  • But in a good way.

    lol:)

  • love the hair!

  • thanks for these ttips , theyre great!! do you think you can do a tip on if you cried or something , an easy way to fix your makeup without starting over?

  • This is how we do it.

Its friday night, and I feel all right

The party is here on the west side

LOL! Nothing like a little Montell Jordan to be in my head all afternoon...thanks Josh!

  • look at you being all cute in the bathroom!

  • What's your nationality?

  • American

  • He made a Q&A video that answers that question. He also mentions his biggest pet peeve. Check that out.

  • My last comment was regarding ffxdiva609's comment, by the way. :)

  • Thanks very much for the tip- I always find them useful. One question- I may be hearing stuff :/ and it's been a really long day for me but did you say fish instead of face at about 0:21-?! Thanks again for these awesome tips (:

  • i heard fish, too!

  • I heard fish too but it's because he didn't emphasize on saying "a" XD he was talking too fast

Try saying it with your mouth barely open and it sounds like fish too haha.

  • hah sounded like fish to me too :)

But the tips are great! keep em coming!

  • u hav cute curlz!

  • lmao at the sidebar ------>

  • OMG, he's so cute without makeup.

  • this is how we do it...on a friday night. Montel haha

  • I want your piercings.

  • I love how you move your eyebrows ! XD

  • Your natural hair is cute!

  • Very good video.

But not all oil cleansers emulsify when mixed with water. Oil cleansers by DHC and Boscia do not need to be mixed with water.

  • A really awesome oil based cleanser is Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel... it starts out as a gel, then when you warm it on your hands/face it turns into an oil, and when you add water, it's a cleaning milk!! It takes off makeup really well too. It's the best cleanser I have that removes fluid line without having to work very hard.. Most Clarins counters will have small samples if you want to check them out!

  • Thanks! Oil cleansing is awesome. I like to just mix a drop of tea tree w/ plain olive oil to do the cleanse. (avoid eye area if using tea tree) Do you think manufactured o.c. products are worth the price? ( I know someone else asked but you are getting a double askie on this one! ☺)

  • your hair is cute

  • i love you.

  • wow you naturally have curly kinky hair?!?!?! ahah I didnt know that... its cute!

  • Shu Uemura tests on animals. I didn't know if you knew that or not, and I thought that if you were against that then it would be helpful to know!

    Love your videos!

  • Help me out1 I use my MAC cleanse of oil, and apply it the "proper way" with dry skin and dry hands, but after I apply on the eye area and rinse it off, I see blurry for the next 5 minutes, any suggestions?

  • I have to use cleanser only for eyes.

then i wont blurry your eyes.

  • La Roche Posay - i love this brand x))) btw. you are really gorgeous in this video x)))

    magicaaaaal x))

and i love your voice xD

  • Totally of topic. I think you might look good in dread looks...

  • agreed agreed lol

  • Yeah, he would.

  • Iuppieee!!! So I'm using my YSL Cleansing Oil correctly! I just... don't rub it in for a whole minute, but the effect is the same, anyway XD

Oh... and I don't use a toner afterwards...I just use it after my cleansing milk. I wasn't a good choice, that toner... I guess my skin don't like alcohol very much

  • Kool ive never done it but i can give it a try thanks...<3

  • thanks for the quick tip.

  • What's the benefit of an oil based cleanser?

  • Its extremely emollient so it hydrates your skin while cleansing it. It doesn't strip your skin of its natural oils, so the moisture level remains high throughout the day.

  • In this video you look gorgeous!!!

  • hiiiii! I am an Italian girl and I wanted to tell you that you have just a beautiful voice and you're really great!

  • U are so pretty :> its always nice to see your videos, keep up the good work

  • He did say the name ;)

  • we didnt see it but he said it -search it :)

  • I guess he said is using Shu Uemura Skin Purifier Cleasing Oil

  • Lancome, Clarins, and La Roche Posay also have one.

  • nice curls

  • I use cold cream (which is oil based so i guess it's relevant) to remove all my makeup and then use an acne wash and that seems to work wonderfully for me.

and you definitely do look particularly hott in this video

  • I always use a washcloth with warm water to get the oil off. Ofcourse I use a clean washcloth everynight.

  • OMG u are a really hot guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do u have a boyfriend? if so he is rlly lucky! U are beautiful and talented! keep up the good work :D!!!!!!

  • i thought you need to wash your face with a cleanser again after using the oil.? I just started using the green tea Shu Emura great stuff. The other tutorial I watched they washed their face again after using the oil.

  • some people don't like the feeling that the oil cleanser leaves, and thus wash their face again with their normal cleanser. some oil cleansers are marketed as a "pre-cleanse" but as far as the shu uemura ones are concerned, it is a one step cleanser. i've used the shu one for about 6 months now, in place of a normal cleanser, and my skin has NEVER been more clear.

  • lol are you in your shower?

  • love the cleansing oil ! :)

  • Woot Woot! Tell me how you like shu uemuras face stuff?
