I have practiced Renbukai Karate Do for 24 years now and it is for me and my body type. Katas are great no matter the style. Just make sure it is for you and what feels confortable.

Hey cool to hear about you practicing Wado Ryu Karate Do. Well we need to understand that styles like Wado, Shito Ryu, Goyu, etc they all come from okinawa. So by saying this is the soft vs the hard styles ever lasting fight to see what is better, bla bla bla. You know what I mean???

I only made an observation about Kumite. I practiced with some Wado guys here where I live but now they belong and practice the Koryu Uchinady from Sensei Patrick McCarthy.

Goju Ryu Karate Do has the greatest Katas. Please don't take this the wrong way, I mean no harm. I just believe that when It come to Katas is great, but when it comes to Kumite Shotokan Karate Do, Renbukai Karate Do and Kyokushinkai Karate Do are the best and have no equals.

Debo felicitarte por tu excelente trabajo, tanto el video como la musica, pero creo que no debiste poner a ese chabon a la par de varias leyenda del karate como S. Tsuguo o la incomparable Atsuko Wakai, es una falta de respeto,si es que practicas algun arte marcial deberias practicar un poco de humildad...y si no sos un a. marcial no deberias hacer esas cosas es como si estuvieras promocionando a ese chabon y te digo que le falta mucho para ser como esas grandes leyendas,con todo mis respeto
