wooohoo! i was here!!!! i think this was on my 3rd year in college! great crowd! it was hell packed in the Fort concert grounds!!! She was so late though... like 2 hours late?! who cares! lol. Acafellas was the front act before she finally arrived. She was like singing already.... maybe right after she entered the vicinity. We were like looking for her... coz a voice singing already and no mariah on stage! and boom, there!!! MARIAH!!!! crowd went crazy nuts!!!

This was a great performance, lipped or not, prerecorded or not, it's still her voice, which is very fragile, so I don't blame her for prerecording the hardest parts sometimes. What I do blame her for is being one of the most talented artists that ever lived, someone who not only has an amazing voice with a breathy texture, beautifull melisma, astounding range and unique tone, but also writes her own songs. She makes millions with just a pen, a piece of paper and her voice.

It's so ridiculous everytime I check out the comments for mariah's live performances people are always "It's lipped you idiots" and then someone goes "what? are you fucking def? it's live!" and it seems that people don't have anything better to say, it's so sad. It's like the only thing that matters is if it's live or prerecorded ou partially lipped or whatever, and there's nothing else to it.

She's 100% sexy, and it's 100% live. Obviously, her voice sounds like mariah's voice, because, she's mariah. And you can have a perfect pitch during a live performance, if you're a real pro and you can have a studio sound quality if you have good technicians in your team with good quality equipments; a live performance is not a raw performance.
