Patrick Seitz is Franky's voice here. Travis Willingham perhaps fittingly plays Portgas D. Ace, from the flame alchemist to a literal fireman. I don't think Travis hits the familiar feeling of Toshio Furukawa (Piccolo Jr) perhaps being too gruff, though I'm satisfied that the character name is correct and the performance has been sound regardless.
The voices actually make me cringe. Nothing beats the original. Though having said that, I'd rather it be Funimation than 4kids... those guys get a little too dub-happy and the end result is the total rape of the original concept =_=;
even though this dub is amazing, the only voice i can honestly say i like better than the original is robin's. she sounds more mysterious and less old woman.

Zolo (4Kids) captured the spirit of Zoro (JPN), either it was natural coincidence or the guy actually listened to the voice clips and tried to sound similar.

Actually now, Funimation still aren't up to Water 7 in dubbing... and this game dates back to 2007. It would make sense for them to take the easy way out (or the developers anyway) and just sub it.
Especially as they aren't even likely to keep the same voice actors over 3 years when they just grabbed someone last time for a game.

It is relatively easy to do.
Simply get your employees to work to make themselves sound more like the JPN seiyus. To capture their tone.
So "SUUUUPEEEERRRRR" sounds like it. Or capture some of the goofyness. It isn't finding the person so much, it is getting a good person to sound closer.
Zolo (4Kids) captured the spirit of Zoro (JPN), either it was natural coincidence or the guy actually listened to the voice clips and tried to sound similar.

snappy. alright let's clear something up here nicely. 1) I did not say his voice was not "wacky and funny" what I meant is that it does not have the same dreamy tone as the Japanese. and no it isn't the same. 2) XD 3) I DID NOT say that I hated this MAN for his role as Franky. I have NOTHING against the man as opposed to something against the dub creators. 4) This man can have 1000 chances, but his voice with NEVER have the same tone as the Japanese Franky. not much I can do about it though.

Actually now, Funimation still aren't up to Water 7 in dubbing... and this game dates back to 2007. It would make sense for them to take the easy way out (or the developers anyway) and just sub it.
Especially as they aren't even likely to keep the same voice actors over 3 years when they just grabbed someone last time for a game.

Admittedly not as good as the original japanese version, but still performed to an excellent standard. except luffy. but then again, it's hard to get a fitting voice for him.

I have a question. Did I say the Bleach dub was worse than the original? No. Then why are you using that as an example. I very clearly wrote "Some dubs are bad". Now I have never seen the Bleach dub and I've only watched a little of the Japanese version. Now that mess of symbols you wrote makes no sense but from what I see you complain they're bad actors. these voices are heeps better than 4kids, but still fail in comparison to the Japanese origianl voices in my opinion. Well the only voices that annoy me really is Franky's I just think his voice is terrible, he sounds all cool in Japanese, and sounds like a goofy now here. Oh and I love this game by the way!

I'm sorry to say, But Sanji's not sleezy and layed back. He's suave and a little on the up-tight side. Another thing, David Moo, couldn't act FOR SHIT. After the Zoro's fight with Mihawk, David Moo Sanji was like "give up yer stupid dreams...eh..where's mah lollipop?"
Eric Vale Sanji however is emotional, can actually emote more than monotone.
