prophethood being upon Muhammad (Surah 33:40), the seal was a large

@111256able The Comforter is a Spirit of Truth. Mohammad was a man, not a spirit.
Jesus had to leave so that the Comforter could come. That implied he was coming soon after Jesus left. Also, Jesus said that HE was sending the Comforter. Mohammad never claimed that Jesus sent him.

@111256able the Comforter will abide with them forever. Mohammad did not live then, and could not do this be with them. Now that he has come and gone, he is not with anyone forever The Comforter is the Holy Ghost, not a man, who will teach all things. No man knows all things, only God.

@mumswording Well, Paul was not present in time of Jesus!He was not even one of the twelve deciples.So,if there were adulteration done to the Gospel,it was he who had the motive of doing so..We must not forget that Paul was an enemy of christianity before the claim that he became a Holy deciple,or rather a self-proclaimed deciple.ISLAM is an Arabic word which means "surrenderig to the will of One God" it was there before Mohamad was born, thus to say"ISLAM" is false,is meaningless!!!!

"3 ¶ Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints."
Jude tells the people he was writing to that the faith was "once delivered". This means that the Gospel that the apostles received from Christ and taught was the complete Gospel.

@111256able The comforter was already with them (them being desciples). Also the comforter would come to those specific desciples to aide them in the teachings of Christ. Muhamed came 600 years later and never knew the 11 desciples. Also the gospel of thomas and mary were dated to well after 250 ad. All the cannonized books were written BEFORE revelation of John in 90-100ad. Why would I trust the last written books and not the first? also gnostic gospels were fakes like gospel of barnabas

Islamic scholars including, Ibn Ishaq, actually acknowledge that Satan spoke through Mohammed in the Qur'an, verses 17:73-75, and verses 22:52-53.

@mumswording It is common knowledge that there were many Gospels in the hands of christians during the time of emperor Constantine in .AD 325.It was during the council of Nicea ,that these problem were officially discussed and debated.They were many schools of thought in Christianity even back then and each group had their own gospels that they charished.Gospel of Thomas,Mary Madelene,James and other were prevalent at that time.Some were rejected by the council esp.those from Gnostic Christians.
