You don't need glue, but it isn't as simple as Lego in its snap-fit. There are some parts where you need to be very careful.

I have to say... You did a pretty good job on raiser's head. Not overusing black markers these days is pretty rare, and you found a way to make him look nice.

Your review is really tempting me to buy this kit :P

dang! I'm actually watching Gundam 00 again and this anime is being aired at a local tv station here dubbed in Filipino. What i hate about 144 00 Gundams is that they are quite small... After watching this review and seeing that this kit is bulky together with the numbers of accessories and the stand, i'll buy this kit!... This is going to be my very first Gundam 00 series MS. Moreover, i'm going to try something new here. - The painting of clear parts with CLEAR PAINTS.

This HG 00 is no doubt a must buy kit, this gundam frame is so well articulated that is beyond belief. You can point the GN sword forward with the red effect part inserted and still not fall down, plus the legs spread upto 180 degrees. The downside I find is the size. Look forward to MG release~~~

@quehijoeputaman no, it will be a little loose since the hg is slightly bigger than the damashii, they do sell a gn sword III on ebay for about 5 bucks if your looking for one

Setsuna was actually lost to ribbons you know. You see 00 was extremely damaged to a point where it could not fight anymore right? But reborns gundam could still MOVE. 00 can't function without the twin drive in operation right? am I right?

Love you Robert. But actually in the gundam 00 setsuna does not use the GN Sword III to eliminate Momento Mori.he actually uses the GN Sword II in plasma rifle mode to eliminate it. Ever wondered why during the final battle the 00 does not have it's GN Sword IIs? Remember when setsuna was fighting mister bushido in his susanowo?remember they showed the combined GN Sword IIs flying away? Everything is coming to light now......

lol on the quantizing bit at the end. if setsuna quantized more he would have beaten ribbons hands down, however i have to kinda agree on what ribbons said, that he was only strong because of the original gn drives. if both gundams had original gn drives, the only thing that would make him survive to fight the final battle would be the fact that he's the lead character

I disagree. It was really an unfair fight. Setsuna had been fighting for probably HOURS. He's likely to be exhausted after getting ganged up on so many times. (ie:Regnant and Gagas, Gadessa/Garazzo/Reborns, etc) Not to mention that the 00 Raiser had taken some damage before the fight with Ribbons. Its performance was also pretty bad since it had recently used Trans-Am.

@mrdelgadorashdi actually Setsuna would have lost, 00 raiser was weaker than the Reborns gundam, only due to the fact is used it used GN tau drives, that the 00 rasier was a bit stronger. but 00 Qan[T] is stronger than both.

great review rrobbert184 loved it so much hell i may order this kit myself. i am commenting to make a suggestion. have you ever heard of bare metal foil? just add a little of that behind the clear green plastic an i think that should make it pop too once some light hit it. since you do thin it out some the foil should shine through. just some suggestion

You can easily use a gundam marker to paint the V-Fin, using the black/metallic ish marker of the same set also helps the gn sword 3 blaster mode a fair bit by spicing up the colors.

I have never been sold on the high grade line mostly for the fact that Bandai usually slacks off on them, with things like discolored parts, feeble joints, and very bland accessories. However!
