  • Looks like he still has the d35 in the rear

  • Just go already! Don't be scared

  • its a very nice jeep

  • Only bad thing about Jeep Cherokee "Everything"

  • @iiCHAVO Only bad thing about posting nothing but you playing video games on your youtube channel "Everything"

  • 33" tyres look huge on these things. i have 33s on my GQ patrol and they look tiny!

  • A Thing in your head was so gay (funny!!!!)

  • @robert9guinn its a cherokee they cost like 10 bucks lol

  • the rock its too little for that jeep

  • Thats fucking gay... thats a hill for a mountain bike not a jeep

  • @thewooten29 Your fucking gay....thats a hill for a Jeep not a mountain bike. Yeah.

  • looks goood.

  • wouldve been cool if he hit that at like 50mph

  • @johnstrh1 if he wanted to die or total his vehicle

  • Aside from Mother Of All Bombs, what does Moab mean?

  • @LordMikkell Moab Desert?

  • @LordMikkell probably "desert" in some indian language.

  • @LordMikkell its a place in utah

  • @435Gaming Thank you. That makes tons of sense

  • The guy in the back seat gave the finger!!!

  • 0:10 the passenger just shit himself

  • yle xar :D

  • nice jeep

  • Good to have cold blood while doing this.

  • haha wtf is the dude in the back giving the finger

  • that's definitely skill!

  • nice cherokee

  • I wouldn't have braked after clearing that first hump, Thats how you roll over like an idiot.

  • @domokid I would agree with that. Just a little more force behind that brake and I think it might have been pucker time for sure.

  • I want one......

  • 0:16 Little bastard in the back seat

  • @HockeySeanX lol, didn't even see that until I read your comment

  • Get some armor.

  • Very nice rig! What type/size rims and back spacing?

  • Nice clean looking Jeep. ☺

  • @thealijan their 2 completely different vehicles in completely different prices ranges.

Plus veyron are ugly fucks :) I like to see a veyron do this. I know I'm going to get a total hate comment from you....so yah... block :D I know I'm a douche aren't I.

  • lol, i bet as soon as his front tires crossed the plane, he tought "i dont wanna do this no more.... :("

    lol

  • 8" lift for 33's? Looks good, just didn't think a cherokee needed that much lift. Nuts. My jeep has 8" of lift and I run 42's. SOA with 2" lift springs. Of course I did comp corner style cutting in the rear and tube fenders in the front. I bet if you did some cutting and added some flares you could clear 35's pretty easily.

  • @thenodnarb

of course being 3 years ago, you probably already concluded this.

  • Who fights with people on youtube? grow up.

  • @80222R everyone fights with people on youtube lol. inadvertently im fighting with you right now, but i agree, its dumb

  • @80222R Everybody. Cyber tough guy know it alls r everywhere. Dime a dozen...

  • i dont understand what they mean when they say xj or wj next to grand cherokee. can someone please explain to me what that means.

  • @MikeOrnhole wow new to jeeps? anyways its the call signs jeep uses to identify different makes and models ie: a wj is a 99- 04 grand cherokee and an xj is a cherokee from 84 to 01 all jeeps have similarly call signs

  • @MikeOrnhole back in the 70,s jeep made what are called cj,s and mj,s which stand for civilian jeep and military jeep.

  • anybody can roll down an incline, could u climb back up?

  • steez

  • what year is that thing, its sexy

  • 2001

  • what if.... i could put this shit on my '66 mustang, that'd be SICK, it'd also probably stall... a lot

  • I have a Cherokee and would LOVE to do this, ballpark how much would it cost from stock? I rewatch just because I love the rig so much...

  • This Jeep was owned by my good friend. I know he purchased the lift from RockKrawler. It is the 8" long arm kit. So if you buy the kit, tires, SYE, and all the other things you want, it's going to be a few thousand dollars or more. I'm sure if he had done it over again, he wouldn't have gotten such a tall lift. The highest I would recommend would be 6.5". It's just about perfect. Good luck.

  • @jlattin21 Rock Krawler doesn't even make an 8 inch lift for that rig. The biggest one is 6.5 inches.

  • @fitchhollister They did in 2006, when it was installed on this XJ. It was called the Rock Krawler Super 8. You had the option back then to either get 6.5" leaf springs with 1" block and shackles for a total of 8" of lift, or a rear coilover conversion. Check your facts.

  • @jlattin21 I did check my facts you douche. I checked their website. What was it in my first post that made you think I was being aggressive and that you had to respond defensively? Calm down, not everyone is attacking you.

  • @fitchhollister If you would have checked your facts, we wouldn't be having this conversation because you would know that Rock Krawler DID make this kit. The fact that they no longer make it is irrelevant. I wasn't aware that saying "Check your facts" implied that you were attacking me. You are the one calling people a douche. Calm down and check your facts. Google is your friend.

  • @jlattin21 Listen douche, I did check my facts. I went to Rock Krawler's website. I made an honest mistake and you took the opportunity to be a douche by saying "check your facts", obviously an attack. I'm not going to spend 3hrs looking for one douchebags lift kit. Further,my initial impression was that it wasn't lifted 8 inches. It looks too small. Finally, it's not even your rig so relax and put up some videos of your own rig and try not be such a douchebag. It was an honest mistake...

  • @fitchhollister I apologize for letting you know the history of this particular lift kit that you felt so inclined to comment on earlier. If you were offended by me telling you to check your facts, you need to lay off the PCP or other questionable substances that are making you so hyper-sensitive. If you would like to see videos of my Jeep, feel free to look at the other videos I have posted. I'm not just someone who pretends to know what I'm talking about. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

  • When you put the 8" under did you need to replace driveshafts?

  • He had to use a slip yoke eliminator on his transfer case, which in turn required a new rear driveshaft. The front was still fine.

  • Sexy!

  • god finally a wheelin vid that isnt with a toy truck

  • The C-4 in my Bronco is going on 13 years...no problemo amigo...

  • Jeeps are the best autos ever made man, i had a dodge durango that had 50 million problems, havent had a single problem with my cherokee for 5 years

  • what year is this jeep?

  • I've been running Moab for 25 years and the automatic far out pefroms ANY standard transmission ....if anyone tells you differently.....they're all BULLSHIT!!!

  • @raginroadrunner Easier to drive yes, but they fail 3x faster than a standard. So, it'd be a nice debate to have while you are walking home.

  • dont use brake too much, in such that risky angles.. it may be the last time you use it.. just keep the wheels turning

  • NIce man fuck i feel like going wheeling now.

  • how much did u jack that jeep up like 5 " ?

  • 33s look big on cherokees

  • Nice Jeep...

  • that fucks the laws of physics

  • how is it for power up decent hills and lips? was thinkin about lifting mine higher

  • I could have made that obstacle...With my XJ with 5inches of lift and 33's....Go Cherokee;s!!!

  • jeep cherokee = subframed garbage

  • @woundedsmurf jeep cherokee = kick ass

  • uuff que emocion jajajajaj.

  • wow the flex on that is nuts! I have a rock krawler 3 link long arm W/ Rustys coils and leaf packs. running 35's (trimmed).

soon gonna trim some more and add bump stops and run 27 inch claws on some H1 double beadlocks.

  • Nice post. Nice trail. Nice build on that jeep although I'm partial to my 2nd gen 4Runner. : )

Did he replace stock ball joints, driveshafts, axels?

Looks like a great candidate for Cane Creek trail right nearby.

    Thanks for sharing!

  • gonna have to scratch that pretty boy!!

  • very nice jeep. I got the same kinda jeep. 360 thousands km. how many miles do they run for?

  • about 360 thousands km! expect it to blow up next time you start it! :) lmfao

  • hahahahaha

  • badass jeep man

  • automatics better off road, shiftings terrible when your on trails and climbing hills

  • Nice looking jeep. For a girl....

  • yay for epic fail high COG set-ups

  • sharp looking jeep

  • Balls Bro balls

  • thanks but I really prefer automatic ;) I have both and nothing better than an automatic :D

  • is it automatic trannsmission or manual? which one do you think its better?

  • Automatic is the best in my opinion.

  • @kikochas its all about manual, more power and control

  • only 33' i have 35' just to get in and out of main to log

  • Looks absolutely awsome w/lift wheels and tires.

  • thats a huge lift, it looks so sick though

  • who...you?

  • srsly?

  • Lol my big brother was with me and asked me to search these types of videos so I did and he told me say that!

  • lol

  • ??????????????????????????????/

  • Only in america hey.

  • rebel chapter 4x4 DOT c o m ...an off road forum for off road people. All 4x4s are welcome

  • how much did that cost u in total? im gunna do something like that with mine.

  • I love these trucks, the Jeep Cherokee is the maximum for my old more like this, att crash!! me xican crash

  • I'm on my second XJ -- rolled the first.

I love these trucks! Inexpensive and rugged. (we wont talk about those D30s) I just hate the small wheel wells...

  • what do u do about the prop shafts?

The angle of the uv joints looks mad and with such a lift wont it pull on the props potentially damaging bearing in transfer box?

    looks cool though.

  • Do you mean drive shafts and transfer CASE!

  • case, box, transmission etc, tomato tomado etc, do u know the answer is the question?

  • That's what an SYE is for. But you will also need a longer double cardan drive shaft for the rear.

  • whats an sye?

them double universal joints baffle me, how come they dont slap around?

  • An SYE/Slip Yoke Eliminator is a kit that replaces the rear output shaft in your transfer case in order to ease the angle of the rear drive shaft. After installing this kit, it will assist with the vibration problem that occurs on lifted vehicles. But to be sure the problem is cured, you will need a double cardan drive shaft. This will allow the drive shaft to bend at more of an angle. You can actually take the front drive shaft out of a Cherokee/XJ and use that. As it has the double u-joints.

  • After a Jeep nothing will ever measure up:P

  • yeah im hopefully getting a jeep i got one picked out

  • Would a cherokee be a good first car?

  • i have a cherokee as a first car. i got it a year ago. i love it. its no fast car...no extreamly cool car. but it will run untill theres nothing left. im planning on a 3 inch lift soon

  • dude its fun i just bash mine

  • They're awesome first cars. I traded mine for a truck though- 78 GMC stepside... I wish I hadn't though. The Jeep was my first truck, and it was a 2 door with the five speed manual. I had the 4.0 L motor in it, a 3.5" lift, some Bushwackers and Mickey Thompson Classic IIs and 32 inch Sport King tires. The thing was beast. I miss it so...

  • @Burnsomerubba53 yup. i gotta 98 5.2 my first car :)

  • @Burnsomerubba53 A jeep is not likely for you. A Jeep person just knows without a doubt

  • @Burnsomerubba53 Hell yes. Ive had 2.

  • @Burnsomerubba53 No, practice on something else. then get one for your last car...

    :)

  • @Burnsomerubba53 Jeep is a good any car, own a Cherokee myself...

  • @Burnsomerubba53 i just got my license like a months ago and i have a 94 jeep cherokee, i love it, it's a inline 6 cylinder, high output, and it's bone stalk and i still squeal the tires out of the school parking lot no problem.

  • @jeepfreak22 yea because thats what there made for by the way you only have 190 hp at the crank so congratulations

  • @Burnsomerubba53 its a good first, second, third, fourth, ...and last automobile. Notice how i didn't call it a "car".

  • @Burnsomerubba53 its not a car!!! its a jeep!!! and jeeps should be your first car and yer last!! very trusty!

  • I love the newer cherokee's body style. But nothing beats a real AMC made Jeep. Chrystler is good, but it's not the original Jeep. But rock on man. Jeeps for life bro! OllllO [ ]-o---[ ]

  • totally agree. i hate the new jeeps. all road going soccer mom stuff. i love my 92!

  • hell ya 92s r the cooler i got 2

  • haha i have one. just got all new goodyear wranglers p matrix put on today. 235 75 r15, there nice. im dieing to try them out. haha, just nowhere to go

  • Thats nice. Maybe lifted too high, but it lookes cool none the less

  • Very nice looking Cherokee.

  • They don't make ANY cherokees anymore. Last production was 2001. They got rid of them for the Liberty.

  • Nice Ride

  • ok so if someone has a xj with more than 3'' of lift can they tell me about there set up i am getting back into offroading again and had a xj with a 3'' on 31'' mtz is it worth the cash to go 4.5 or bigger plus's and downs would be nice from someone who new what they were talking about

i have around 2500 for tires and lift and tires are no more than 1000 shipped so i can get what ever lift just has to be reasonable im a kinda desert baja type offroader not the slow rock type

  • I have a 90 xj , with a 4.5" lift (32" mud tires) .. you can get a lift for about $700 , from rough country (about $650 to have it put on) .. and to tell the truth , I got my tires off of ebay for $500 ... I have done alot of other work to it to ( a little here a little there) ... take a look at my videos !!!!!

  • dude that wasnt shyt get this video of youtube haha

  • Very nice!! Looks steep as a mofo! People just don't realize how nasty some of this stuff is just by looking at the videos.

BTW, Codyjeep doesn't even have any videos and is going to make comments?? Sounds gay to me!

Then Reparo96 throws in his two cents? Nice!! A kid who has videos of GTA crap is going to get on here and talk crap about this video. A video that has over 255,000 views, which by my calculations is about 253,500 more views than your BEST video. Get a life, dude!!

  • look it up

  • thats a sick ass jeep

  • wow that's so steep. my bike can't even grab air on that even if i went full speed. noob.

  • nice. what size tires and lift du u have?

  • its in the description

  • whats better a jeep like that auto or Manuel ????

  • It's all about personal preference. Auto is easier to drive offroad, but a lot of guys prefer manual because of the greater challenge. I'm an auto man myself, and so is the Jeep in the video.

  • manual will be slightly quicker and use a bit less fuel. However, the automatic may be better to buy for the cheaper parts (more common) and the gearbox will probably last longer.also, probably easier to sell on and no worries about clutches.either way, the XJ is a great car. Over here we got the 2.5 gas inline 4 and a 2.5 diesel inline 4.both of those were only offered in manual and the 4.0l straight 6 was auto only

  • manuel is better for offroading automatic if u dont off road,,,but who would buy a jeep and not offroad??!!

  • i would prefer an auto. when you're offroad its much nicer to be able to concentrate of other stuff.

  • @Ravenspeed on road Manual is way fun, i prefer it but sometimes get tired of it when offroading

  • @Ravenspeed for crawling and mudding.. probably auto. i drive a 5speed and its a bitch sometimes plus u burn the clutch up pretty bad

  • For the first few seconds i was like thats not steep, but then when they went down i was like "WOAH!" i'd probably would of shit my pants if i was with them lmao.

  • What Size Tyres Are They??

  • if i was gonna spend 200k, i'd buy a grand 5.9, lift it, supercharge it, make it a convertable, and finally take a shit on someone like you. (nigger guy) oh shit i'd still have 175 grand. but i wouldn't have a back up camera :( oh no

  • your jeep needs some work did you make it home? i am not dissing just sounds like it needs a toon up.. have you ever done hells revenge?

  • The engine noise you hear is the 4 wheeler engine that I was sitting on, not the Jeep's, plus my friend no longer owns this Jeep, but thanks for the input. We did hell's revenge the year before this video was made.

  • @jlattin21 What car does he has now?

  • nice

  • so not a good test of a jeep but ok what ever. id like to know what size tires you have. probably looked harder in the cab.

  • man, It's a shame this jeep isn't as "cool" as a 90 civic with plastic rims and a coffee can muffler painted with rust oleum........PSHH

Ricers... When will they learn a truck has 4 wheels for a reason... 5 stars for a clean rig

  • very nice looking jeep

  • What's the point? it's so easy. He's just got his foot on the brake

  • Ummm...last time I was there everyone was going the other way. you could still make it. you should head over to the tub and check your little trucks marbles.

  • what size lift and tires?

  • if you havent try doing that trail at night its fun i go there all the time this is my fav trail!

  • notta chance...ford will never take a jeep haha

  • your right:P

  • But an IH Scout will.......

  • True

  • nice wheels

  • please somone point me in the direction of a junkyard sorced rear axel that is a locker or better limted slip. if you know of an axel thats close to factory fit it would be greatly apreciated.
