I got tired of this and went to the A.R.E. and researched all the archives as to what he actually did say about earth changes- and here it is: When Mt. I have never seen that info online anywhere... The Pampas would be the safe place in South America- I would stay away from the west coast, tho. The Pampas is the grass plains from the Atlantic Ocean to the Andes Mountains. It is found primarily in Argentina and extends into Uruguay. The Pampas is located just below Buenos Aires, between 34° and 30° south latitude, and 57° and 63° west latitude.

The information I got was copied from the actual transcripts of all his readings which are on file at the ARE. Edgar Cayce himself said it- not an author writing a book.

1 man does not make a change it was not Bush that prevented the shift but the choice the American people made when they allowed him to assume power in the first place. Then they chose fear (of terrorism) over & over again during his presidency & reelection. But I think now we may be heading in the right direction. Predictions r but possibilties 4 these to come to pass there has to be a movement towards it. We were ready to take a quantam leap in 98 but Bush insisted that he had been elected & Americans let him thereby radically retarding or altering our spiritual shift. Because of this that leap may not even happen. Choices make big differences.
