Actually "body" is a perfect translation of this.The phrase she says is, "내 몸이 그대 기억해." The Korean word for body is 몸. Just in case you want it, the romanized version of this line would be "nae momi geudae gieokhae."

Personally, I like body more, because I think it includes one's heart, but it also includes so many other physical sensations the body feels when one is in love.

you can't think of everybody when you are writing a song, you are trying to write out your emotion and see if it fits etc. but really in korean context it doesn't sound so sexual and even if it is... who cares? ^^ its a good song, non? I think its more like she's trying to say how in her mind/heart she emptied him out but it comes out in her habits (behavior, body). Korean people say stuff like that when something becomes a habit, like their body remembers it
