Finding the emblems or not finding them is not a case of being a "resident evil noob" or such as people said here.

Personally I did not even bother, I found a few while not looking for them, I guess about 10-15 now and just started lv 5-1

On my first playthrough I just enjoy the ride, some of them are so perfectly hidden from what I have seen there is is no reason for me to look for them.

I will collect them all once I am finished. Then I will proceed getting all S-ratings in a new costume :)

You could shoot it through the crack but you also could have walked around it and shot it, that way was easier, but still, a normal person wouldnt find more than half of these dam things if it werent for strategy guides and the internet
