GONE GIRL!! I just got back from the gym, walking and jogging on the treadmill for a total of 5 miles, in 1hour and 40mintues.....I'm getting better each day. I'm going to lift some weights later on. Let's keep it "POPPING"!! LOL!! ;) Your lil Princess is too cute for words...;)
@cabernetqueen This song is by Darwin Hobbs it's called Champion. I was running 5 miles yesterday and listening to my radio when it came on. I said I'm going home and download that and workout again to it. I did makingthebest09 workout clips and added the song to the video
