@pmitko Actually, the use of flaps in this type of difficult landings makes it harder for the pilot to control the airplane so it is better to land without flaps.
@flyinhigher1000 We operate this Senneca on a 1800 m length runway.... so we prefer to do not use flaps and increase our approach speed for better control under crossed winds

@tyjabba No matter how extreme the winds I usually like to land with atleast 10 degrees.
