Just FYI, this video isn't about our marching band, band camp for Eden Prairie includes band students from grades 6-12 so while the High School marching band works on their show, the freshman work on their own little show for a week and the 6th-8th graders participate in concert ensembles. It's a lot different from most band camps.

i can relate with scouts12... im from louisiana and the weather is like....wow~ hot!!! 100 degrees r so everyday... we start at 6:45.... and just keep working on our show all day our band director is a cavalier so we have to do it over and over again.... and like 95% of our show is running. it's very tiring and when he's displeased... we drop.(push ups.) run laps. suicides. our we just skip water breaks to get it right!

-we practice 9 hours a day.

-we sweat.

-we burn.

-we can't wear jeans.

-it's not fun.

but that's what it takes to be number 7 in the state of illinois and number one in 4A.

-we do push ups.

-there's no time for pictures.

Thats how our band is yall are lucky though i live in texas our band camp is composed of workin in 103 degree heat workin from 7 in the mornin till when ever our director says its good which is like 11pm
