me and my gilfriend stayed 2 weeks in praia da rocha, beautiful beach, weather, people and made many good friends from different places. everything about the place was brilliant, we will return,deffo.

I am Brazilian and I had the opportunity to live there for eight years and was one of the best things I did in my life! Certainly and most beautiful place in Portugal, one day I will return there if you want GOD .. Congratulations on video, is beautiful ..

My place, my country, my home town!!! Love all the moments I spend in Praia da Rocha. I moved to Australia 28 years ago. It makes me fell like going back to my wonderful country.

Yeah, God bless Praia da Rocha. The beach of my youth. I left Portimao 25 years ago and have been living ever since in Holland. When I was 16 years old Praia da Rocha was my "home" in summer time. I too remember Bachus bar, how could I forget, It belongs to Quim Bejinha who was my neighbour at Rua Poeta Antonio Aleixo. Hope to meet him some day. I still see his parents everytime I go to Portimao. God bless you too Jorge. I myself am Vitor Hugo. See you.

where are the buildings??? The video is very nice and indeed all this is true, but, the video is not showing you all. Behind the cam there are lots of ugly buildings, and lots of them.

Good, how I miss HOME!!!! To those who never visited Algarve, you dont Know what you're missing. The warm nights, the fresh fish, the wonderful wine, the great night life, beautifull beaches with light color sand.... I miss it so much !!!!

I've arrived last night from algarve. Prepare yourself for the hot weather!!! The water was great and the nights... Albufeira was ok. Dont forget to drink a lot of water during the day and leave the beer and other drinks for the evening. Have fun and enjoy your holidays

Podes crer ! Conheco a europa de uma ponta a outra. Estudei na dinamarca, vivo na Alemanha. Conheco quase todos os paises europeus e alguns asiaticos, mas nenhum consegue ter metade da beleza que Portugal tem. E para mim, em materia de bondade e hospitalidade, nos portugueses estamos em 1° lugar, a seguir estao os paquistaneses e os escandinavos( digo Dinamarca e Noruega). Quanto à economia, por mais triste que seja é a pura das verdades.

hi, me and my partner made a last minute booking but due to the school hols starting we still had to pay £650 for the two of us self catering for 1 week, we got back on thursday, it was more built up than we expected but the beach is every bit as lovely as it looks, cheers kev.

I love Portugal. All people from Alvor, you have een really nice. I lost my depression, while playing Nintendo Metroid Prime, and made Suduko puzzles at the side. My kids LOVED the pool. i stayed in praia da rocha with g/f on holiday,then split with her and shacked up with brazilian lady in portimao for a year!!learnt a lot of portuguese and travelled the algarve,lisbon,loved then lost

I got back from Portugal today. I think the beaches are beautiful, and the whole of Praia Da Rocha is. We were staying in the Vila Rosa apartments, and I remember walking under that tunnel you went through in the second clip there! The beach was still absolutally packed even at half 8 at night!
