  • thanks for posting a before and after, let's me see what the easier version is like

  • @andreatrv was doing that series for a bit in the beginning. Have debated on doing anymore. Hard to tell if people like seeing the easy version, the fully leveled version, or both, or just something in the middle like First and Later. thanks for the feedback maybe i will do some more of these :D

  • do you have problems with the first fret? when i play it it tells me to move down more

  • @ringer58363 sometimes if i press too hard it gives me trouble; especially in drop-D. try pressing lighter sometimes pushing to hard causes it to go out of tune; first fret is especially touchy that way :D

  • keep going on, practice makes expert :D

  • @BannerBETO true true :D

  • @QuantumBl4de Thanks for the video, I took my own guitar and played with you.

This is a great game. i have to buy it.

  • @BannerBETO no problem :D The purpose of the first few videos was to give people an idea of how the game levels up and helps the player progress gradually. I highly recommend the game. I have been playing for 1-4 hours a day about five days a week since launch and plan to continue to play for a long time :D

  • Does this game just cover one guitar track for each song?

  • @kingoftheroast For the songs i have played so far, some have multiple variations. some have single(single notes), combo(single and Chords), and other variations. Not sure about all the songs. I haven't looked at them all yet. I am mostly just going through the career mode at the moment.

  • Do you see that there are always 4 freds enlightened on the track. Those are the freds you are suposed to cover with your 4 fingers at the moment. Every note that falls on the leftmost fred is suposed to be played with the index finger, the next fred with the middle finger, the next with the ring finger and the rightmost with the pinky. That´s playing single notes, with chords it´s diferent as I suppose you know.

    Keep going, practice makes perfect.

  • @tarao666 I think they went over that in the zone challenge. Each highlighted section is considered a zone. It does make sense that the four frets in the zone would match up to the four fingers :D

  • awesome, really awesome. I have to buy this game. i'm sure.

    and well played xD

  • @Rixardgcsp xD

  • so the sliding of the fingers doesn't sound, hammer the finger on the string instead of sliding it

try to make one finger take care of only one fret

i know i may sound like a jackass telling you how to play

these are just certain details that can help you play better

im not a expert but i've been in guitar lessons for a year

  • @artdude901 yeah. been working on that. im pretty new at this so I'm not used to moving up and down the fret board with chords. In this one i was sliding down the strings because i was concentrating more on fret position, I didn't want to have to think to much about staying on the right strings too. as i got more use to the song i was sliding less and getting use to the fret positions. Oh and i appreciate these kind of tips even if they might seem obvious. Thanks

  • @QuantumBl4de i know their obvious but some people don't realize this

good job for 7 days do

  • in 2 weeks you'll get that song easy

the finger placement is all except the fat thumb

try to practice all the notes without the game

start speeding up and eventually try it with the games speed

  • o ok i thought u were doing it as days u play not after getting it

  • @maiden5130 I wanted to do a video each day that showed the progress i made in an hour or so of practice for that day. I've found in the past that taking off a day here and there help a bit in the building process so I planned on not playing at all one day a week. From here on out I will probably be posting a video at least once a week; possible daily if there is something i feel is particularly worth sharing. These first few videos will provide a good baseline perspective for future videos :D

  • did u do day 6 i dont think i got it

  • @maiden5130 i didn't play that day :P

  • fight!!
