thats in game, it was made to be a small replica of the film "300" and during the film, it goes all slomo and blurry to add the effect of things being fast and epic
And Joko rises yet again b/c we bring him back, and he stabs Elona in the back by taking it over in GW2.

his sword doesn't break when Joko is falling you see the hilt. Turai just lets go of the sword as he bashes Joko.

The video is just as it is in-game. The slow motions and blurs are probably post-process effects controlled by GW's graphics engine.

Yep, Guild Wars has gone a long way developing the engine. This differs so much from original Prophecies cutscenes.
