I'm about sick and tired of the franchise mode. It's dreadful. The drafing AI is crap and so is the drafting classes. I drafted a 6-3, 234 pound Free Safety with 91 speed. Seriously? So I made him an outside linebacker. 5-11 offensive linemen. 6-8, 285 pound offensive tackles. Really? 5-11 quarterbacks. Teams with franchise QB's drafting a QB in the 1st or 2nd round. They need to add some serious depth to franchise mode and make a plan with the drafting AI and the players they put in.

I havn't played a Madden game since the 2008 version on Xbox 360 and just from the vids I've seen and reviews I've read, for some reason Madden '09 looks like the best one yet other than Madden '04 on PS2 and the original Xbox. There's just something about '09 that stands out and pulls me in to want to play it more. The animations, graphics and over all atmosphere and emotion of the imagery and scenery have a deeper impression on us. :)
