@smallball9 Its is fun in there but scary :) electric ed is this dummy getting electracuted. netting room is where some actors are bhind a net and trying to touch u. pool room is an acid pool and a desolving dummy is in there. the final scene is were thisactor jumps at u through a net then comes round and chases u. Boiler room not much in there portholes wernt any thing in there this year i suggest it to u :D

The curse was the one I really wanted to go in but the queue was ridiculous so we went to Hellgate instead and I shit my pants lmfao lost my voice & hurt my ribs from screamin too loud.defo going back next year and doing this one (Y)

It makes it worse in the Curse because they dont let you run i was like...cheers some zombie dude is chasing me and i have to walk at a steady pace? :L

It's for health and safety reasons as they're responsible for any injuries in the attraction. People run anyway but they have to give every group the warning so they can't be sued. It's a legal thing.

It's common sense, we were told yesturday this would be the darkest maze of them all and - it was, it really was difficult to tell where your going, if you run then there's going to be accidents.

I went last year n i must say curse was a let down, it was to hyped up n wen we was in their a light bulb blew and we had to exit, and the worst part one of the actors politley asked us to leave the maze, totally spoiled the expierence, even when we finally got let back in they hadn't fixed the problem and the actors were in and out of this little room all laughing joking n chatting, i think the most tht happened was in the pool room, sum guy came out n made us jump, hopefully its better this yr

are all 4 mazes worth doing? in 2006 did asylum got scared, in 2007 i did hellgate (SCARED!) and in 2008 i bought all 4 maze fastracks but never did them, got scared when walked up to que lol, u think i should do them this year? i dont get why i mor scared of people in mazes then rides

Depends what you're scared off. Asylum is an action horror maze full of fast movement, loud noises and lots of things jumping out.

The Curse has a mix of elements from all of the other mazes in Thorpe.

i totally agree with you,

i definetly think that Thorpe see 'the Asylum' as their main fright night attraction simply because it was so much better than the others, thye put so much more work into it, it seems, and the actors are much more believable in the asylum than elsewhere

The first time WE queued 15 minutes as we were waiting by it just before it opened.

The second time we got straight in as a friend of mine who works at Thorpe got us free fast track. The second time though we got evacuated because someone in the group in front had fainted and collapsed. Which is why we were taking photos and videos in the briefing area lol.
