The story goes that Graham Kendrick wrote the 3 verses, which have good words but are rather droney and don't have much range. He wasn't quite satisfied, but didn't know what to do. the first time i heard this song was from a worship album led by Don Moen back to the 90s(i guess), i don't think it's from Hillsong... good hymn though.

Start by ditching the million dollars worth of amplification and sing as if microphones hadn't been invented! Tell the drummer to stop imitating a push-button electronic gadget and drum as if he/she means it.

Its not Graham Kendrick, doesn't sound like him....
However, I'm not 100% sure it's Hillsong... It sounds too unlike Hillsong.
