  • wow that was a great video :)

  • When I was 4 years old, me and my friends would always climb onto the stage.

And then my sister said, "Calvin, if you climb onto the stage, Chuck E. Cheese will kill you." Then I got a fear of Chuck e D:

  • ; )

  • my Gawd...that was the year i was BORN! 0.o

i wish i could have saw the chuck e cheese like that!

i was raised with the Irving chuck e cheese =D

  • if they only did chucke cheeses like this still

  • Am I the only one who thought Chuck sounded like a pedophile or something (some kind of criminal), like he might shank you if you looked at him funny, someone you wouldnt want your kids near lol

  • @blissfullycat02

    yes! he was a gansta

at lest thats what everyone i work with says...even the GM

picture him with tommy gun =D

  • i loved it to i loved trying to see how the elvis mouting lion worked ahh the good old days

  • 1253: What CEC location was this from?

  • Irving, TX

  • man.. nolan bushnell did alot... gave us Atari and a pizza place that has many memories. good ol chuck e cheeeses

  • ha ha, when i was a kid in the early 80's, my mom used to asked me where i wanted to have my birthday. why did she bother asking cause it was always, chuck e cheese.

  • I had, like, three of my birthday's here growing up.

I think it was the Chuck E Cheese's located where Buffalo Wild Wings is now. Right off Frederica St. (5*)

  • Omg. :D

Im like 13... And I havent been to chuckee cheese since I was like 7! O:

I think now if I go there Ill be pretty freaked out by those robots. .__.

  • why does chuck e sound like a new york mobster

  • that's the classic chuck e. then they changed the voice to a more teen kind of way and the clothes they changed too

  • cause he's a gangsta

he's from the cheese crime family

    he's a made mouse

  • This brings back a lot of memories..

We didn't have the rocker stage like you did, it was just a plain one. I think they got rid of them now.. which is sad. I guess nobody bothered maintaining them. I always thought they were cool lol.

  • Okay, if you're going to comment on my video, please keep your comments clean, or I will remove them.

  • If you are making that statement to me, dumb is not a bad or dirty word. I have the right to state my honest opinions. If you want to erase my comment, then just remove the comment other then making a threat.

  • I wasn't referring to you or your comments. A couple of other people had posted comments with some very explicit language, which I just flat out do not prefer to have posted. That was what I was referring to. You didn't see those comments because I deleted them. I'm sorry if my comment wasn't clear enough, but your comment is fine.

  • Ok, I thought you were relating to me. I guess it was the way the comments page was set up. No need to be sorry if your comment was not directed towards me. Take care.

  • They need to bring back the old stage and characters. Thie new characters are dumb and how they now set the stage. Showbiz needs to bo brought back.

  • Totally I agree, i love showbiz!

  • Woww. I work at Chuck E. Cheese's now, and it's more high-tech and simple with one Chuck E. robot and the rest of the characters singing on screens.

It used to scare me when I was little and they all looked like this, and I can see why. Chuck E.'s voice is disturbing, Helen just looks downright frightening...AAAH. So glad they modernized it, haha.

  • this was 1 year after I had my 4th birthday there. wow I remember this shit still. lord, yet they said the wrong name on my bday

  • i wasnt born when that happened =\

  • "Happy birthday, dear..." What?

  • arent u a little to old for chuck e cheeses if u were 10?

  • you are NEVER to old for chuck e cheese!!

  • So true! I am 15 and still enjoy watching and hangin' out a Chucl E. Cheese. Plus, there are some 30 year olds that still enjoy watching it!!!

  • ***Chuck

  • OMG i got 6 ratings for that sweetness lol im 14 and i still love the animatronic shows (with all the ppl not that one with just chuck e cheese and a tv screen -.-) and the games too :]

  • Same here I don't like Studio C that much ether. But there are no 3 stages in California. (which is where I live) So, I've kinda got used to it.

  • studio c sucks. its like just one animatronic and a big tv...all chuck e does is talk to the tv. id rather see them all playin their instruments! especially jasper :]

  • Yeah and we already watch enough TV. That was my exact opinion when I first got into watching CEC. Then I tried to find a 2-Stage where I live. But like I said, none exist so yeah...

  • :[ stupid california! lol jk jk. yeah we have studio c thats close and since gas is like 4 dollars a gallon thats where we go most of the time :[ but somtimes we go to the other one with all the animatronics on it :P

  • Doesn't Vaisalia still have a 3 stage (if so they are the only California store that still has one)

  • @Disneydanny Yeah they still have the 3 stage. But I saw a video showing the stage and it is in bad condition now. I usually wouldnt say this but that 3 stage should be changed. Save the 3 stage!

  • @blairbear13 DARN right! i'm almost 30 and still love Chuck E. i'm a big fan of their stage shows (except Studio C)

  • @Disneydanny Haha I typed that comment last year xD Thats pretty cool. and YES! Like i said, NEVER too old!! :D

  • This particular footage is from the CEC in Irving, TX. As the video clearly shows, this footage is from 1991. From what I understand, this stage was replaced a few years later.

  • 1 year before I was born too

  • well if i ever go to rockford i'll have to check it out but is the stage in cec or is it in another pizza place

  • Oh my god... This CREEPED me out SOOOOO much. I HATE this. Every time they would do this, I would cry...I look at it now and just laugh :)

  • this is of course before now, where it is illegal to sing the official happy birthday song in a restaurant.

  • Your stage was working great! And by the way, the reason they're behind bars is because the company wanted to make it look like they were in a house and the rest were on the house's porch

  • why were gestapo chef and purple people eater behind bars?

  • he scares me lol...no seriously the bots a suits scare me like hell

  • there are 2 of these stages left. one in Simi Valley California the other in Rockford,IL. the Rockford one has the Chuck bot dressed in his derby and vest.

  • i loved this stage

  • Just Great! Love this Stage sooo much! Especially when it's working like it should!

  • Comment removed

  • WOW! Even the CEC Irving, Texas location with the Rocker Stage in 1991 had the 1980's Helen!
