  • This music is from the rhodope region and it's beautiful

  • Not the first time azam Ali sang a Bulgarian song but it sounds good :)

  • goose pimples!!

  • Fail, it's not thesame. It just has some resemblance. -_-

L2Composemusic before making such a video blaming others...

  • @SpaceRazzer Indeed, if Bates hasn't, he should have mentioned it as an influence ...

    Definitely NOT plagiarism

  • @NDRonin1401 AND it's not Bulgarian, but Macedonian !

    Who's stealing whose thunder now??

  • @NDRonin1401 Yeah right... And ancient Greeks are not Greeks but Macedonians too... right? How old was Macedonian population because i forget? A 50 000 years old? A 100 000 years old?

  • @NDRonin1401

Bulgarians by GOD, Macedonians by TITO !!!

  • GREAT BULGARIAN SONG :-)

  • Beautiful song and very expressive for all in my mind...Love this

  • Лопови Американци `бем им матер...

    MACEDONIAN SONG

  • да да всички знаем колко сте велики Македонците с промитите си мозъци!

хайде стига! Имаме една история едни предци и една сме кръв! Ще престанете ли най-после! Това ,че сте отделени като държава не значи,че не сме един народ!

  • BULGARIANS made copy versions with little adjustments of EVERY MACEDONIAN SONG , even modern songs that are published today. Go check PLANET TV , and the bulgarian girls with big fake tits ... you`ll know that everything of their own is fake though. ... sadly but true.

Now like this post if you are not bulgarian but you like big tits...xD

  • @doneto91 thats right. i am complaining about that everytime. they dont just copy macedonian music, but most of the popular music on the balkans, especially serbian music.

  • Who is the singer? I love her voice, makes me meditate :)

  • It's not Bulgarian, it's Macedonian song. It's actually funny how they try to steal a national treasure. And more funny than that is one pure fact - nobody believes them =) enjoy the song . . .

  • @Dartush Yes, you are right. This is Macedonian song. But all Macedonian songs are Bulgarian also. Just because Macedonia is a Bulgarian land, because Macedonians are Bulgarians by their ancestors. Recent politics may say that you are macedonians, future politics may say that you are Marsians, but the historically truth is that you are Bulgarians. Believe it or not - there's no matter.

My ancestors are from Macedonian part of Greece - and they ARE Bulgarians. No need of other "proofs" for me.

  • @AthanatosBG gagagahahahaha Y U SO SERIOUS? U MAD? go and get a shrink. Your ancestors lied to you and its sad.

  • Няма българин,който да не настръхне докато слуша тази песен...

  • This nut job needs to learn what compose means:

"to make or form by combining things, parts, or elements: He composed his speech from many research notes."

  • this is Macedonian folklore song and for you all stupid peopels in the world Macedonia will always have their friends from Serbia

  • @milosradmolovic Macedonia it's from Bulgaria.. And part of Serbia.. Read some history book, please.. and then you can tell your opinion because this opinion it's about what are you think bit the true is that in Macedonia people talk Bulgaria and Bulgarian and Macedonias have the same history because we talk about the same people and the samee originies..

  • 0:37 - 2:09

This part makes me wanna cry :'(

    Its just beatiful

  • @DjSteliiO As you know the song from 0:37 until 2:09 is based on Bulgarian folklore.

  • watch?v=tOo6LvU4jVA

  • Zajdi zajdi jasno sonce is macedonian song.the bulgarians copied the song and they made their own version

  • @Vangelcho1989 Zajdi zajdi jasno sonce is macedonian? A sonceto makedonsko li e? Is the Sun macedonian too?

  • @Vangelcho1989 But Macedonia it's Bulgaria so.. it doesn't mind..

  • well this is the most beautiful songs i;ve heard in my life and in this case i thank the bulgarian people for composing such a beautiful piece!

  • Comment removed

  • for those who can read, i recommend wikipedia to learn where does this song come from...

you bulgarians, are nothing but stealers! but never mind, a true lover of this song will find out the truth, it wouldn't help you even if you posted another 100 times the name of your country.

  • i play and sing

for sure this is kavel with typical thracian

macadonian songs are is just one voice

History is my hobby i can read and understand old bulgarian and dialects this is nothing to do with macedonian dialect if you want to hear something similiar just listen asamble philip kutev some parts of Bulgaria there is still people talking the same dialect .

  • @coala1980 Kaval is not only typical for the thracian song, but is generally typical for Bulgarian folklore! My grandfather played this instrument our songs, and I'm from northeastern Bulgaria!

  • i love this woman

  • My great Grandmother would know. She is from Bulgaria

  • Тази песен "300 movie - message for the queen" е българска нали?

  • This song is Bulgarian !

  • The point is not what is this and what is that, yes we are OLD and we have come to coexist in centuries, emerge, collide,or co-interact to a point that borders are quite thin in art ,music and tradition and it would have been good if we could leave all that political bshit aside.Yes embrace the past but stop living in it or the next thing would may be that you start a war with Italy, because you want to get back at the Roman empire for enslaving you 2000 years ago :/ As for this I'm not surprised

  • How bout Bulgaria and Greece give back the territory they took in 1913 as favor for liberating Macedonians from the Osman empire ... its a 100 yr contract that ends on 2013 , what means Macedonia should reunite and posses the biggest territory on Balkan ... so thats why the name issue is here ( Macedonia signed the contract as "Macedonia" if name changes , contract will never exist) ... and thats why we got 100yrs of brain wash in BG and GR and hate. I hear prayer. Love from Macedonia :)

  • @doneto91: Macedonia is noting but just Bukgaria

  • @pdragoev: Yup, you just confirm what I said...

  • @doneto91 Hmmm how about Albania and "Macedonia" and half of Bulgaria join Greece to remake the old Greek and later Byzantine teritory? Because last I ckecked, my grandparents born on 100 years ago STILL Identified as Greek and so joined the Greek territory. And it's people like you who stand up and speak like that that got us crazy and anxious about our future. You are not Macedonias, Macedonia is not a country or nation, no more like Thessaly, its a Greek region...

  • @valitsaki I dont give a F bout antique ... what i said is on PAPER , its an agreement.: You liberate Macedonian territory from the Turks , you can use it for 100 yrs ... now if we are declared under the name Macedonia we will take it legaly .. why war lol? thats the last update of territories and you can only speak bout antic greece. It isnt about history or stealing identity , its about you dont want to return it back. read some world class history books not greek ones...

  • @doneto91 ahahahahah they teach you higher class history there? I thought the only thing you get is propaganda. anyway..... Enslaving a teritory that does not want to be enslaved is never a legal and straight way to do so, no, you wouldn't take it legaly and it would be war. You can dream all you want about it tho... not gonna happen

  • Comment removed

  • @valitsaki @doneto91 thats the point. the name issue is there because you know that macedonian COULD claim their ol terretory.

when you got your part from macedonia, you called it "the new terretorys". around ww2 you changed the name in "northern greece" and at the time jugoslavia was about to spit up and macedonia got its independency, you changed the name in macedonia, trying to start that, what is going on today. if you want to erase a culture dont have to kill them. just forbid teir language

  • Απάντηση σε αυτό το βίντεο... ........and we really, really, don't want to wake up one day and have a war started on our heads and have people "claiming us as prizes" Naturally you would hate someone too, if they tried to change your identity, steal it or force you to identify as something you are not. Naturally GR and BG would hate you because you are looking to star a war and steal pieces of our borders, what countries would be OK with that?Would Italy be ok?Would France? Why SHOULD WE?

  • @doneto91

& how about you learn some history not writen by serbs,uh?

  • Comment removed

  • stop crying, so what is music supposed to be only treasured by those who made it? They sound similar, not exact therefor im sure he borrowed heavily from the song but who cares, its a fantastic piece so why not expand upon it?

Stop acting as if music is someones property, its a human form of expression owned by no man

  • There are some similarities but plagiarism? Seriously?!

  • Racist film, aweful director. No surprise they chose to plagiarize the music.

  • @bill0756 Why racist?

  • Много добра българска песен!!!Македония е Българска,а Александър е Грчки!

  • Some people here need to learn a bit of a history... And yes, this is is a "modern Macedonia" song. It was composed by Aleksandar Sarievski, and it was not composed so long ago...

  • @Zoltar555 Yes, and you are the first one who should read a little bit more.

The song is originally composed by Luben Karavelov in 1878. Aleksandar Sarievski is born in 1922.

  • @TranceElevation The Song "Zajdi, Zajdi" is by Sarievski, but he uses some lines that were used in older songs that were published in Karavelovs book (he is not the composer, he put the book together and published it...). If you listen to the music you will quickly realise that he is singing about things that OFTEN get mentioned in our (Serbia, Bulgaria and all the other friends ;) ) traditional music.

  • jews stole everything

  • this is a bulgarian song!!! so don't talk..cus it's macedonian

  • and now for everyone... who writes this shit here,.... greeks stolen from makedonia bla bla bla...

there were 2 other bulgarias ... its a shame that even bulgarian people dont know about that... our music is stolen by everyone.. tell whatuwant

  • @3skobar please learn your history well before you speak balkan countries like yours were developed in the 1200s, Greece as greece started from Crete and ended in Alexander's the Great, Macedonia (not FYROM or macedonia which some call). Northern part of Greece meaning our Macedonia was given to you by the Ottoman Empire since you were allies. In the 1st world war we took it back that real history and now what you said.

  • I think this is a macadenonian song but doesnt matter,, they are very similar and both of them is fucking beautiful.

  • настръхвам,само докато я слушам.....нека запазим България!!!

  • @BVLGAROTPAKH Most Bulgarians are definately descedants of Thracians and other indigenous peoples, however it's your language that makes people believe you are not. When the Slavic tribes invaded the Balkans they were a small number compared to the indigenous people, but they made their dialects dominate in many areas. Something similar happened with the Turkics in Asia Minor.

  • By the way, can someone send me in the right direction of similar music to this?

  • This womans voice is quite beautiful. I adore the way she sings it. So powerful.

  • SHUT UP,PLEASE!!!!

  • DO NEVER TOUCH BULGARIANS AND BOLKANS ON THEIR MUSIC!!!

Apparently you know nothing about music and have no senses to feel it! And obviously no heritage to be proud of!!! We may be considered a 3d world country nowadays thanx to our crap politicians!

BUT WE STILL GOT THE TRESURE OF ONLY 15 CENTURIES OF HISTORY AND FOLKLORE MUSIC THAT OTHER NATIONS CAN ONLY DREAM ABOUT.

BULGARIAN FOLKLORE MUSIC IS ACKNOWLEDGED TO BE ONE OF THE MOST UNIQUE AND OLD MUSICS EVER!

    IT CAN BLOW YOU AWAY!!!

  • @blueblossomblues ... :) greetings from Romania... we are brothers...same shit...different country...

    thx Europe for fuckin` us...

  • @lsuiram I agree with you.. Greeting from Bulgaria. ^^

  • HERE IS WIKIPEDIA AND SHUT IT !!!!

"Macedonian: Зајди, зајди, јасно сонце; Bulgarian: Зайди, зайди, ясно слънце; Serbian: Зађи, зађи, јасно сунце/ Zađi, zađi, jasno sunce) is a Macedonian-language folk-style song composed by Aleksandar Sarievski and based on Bulgarian folklore; in recent times, it has gained popularity throughout the Balkans. In the past sixty years, it has become one of the songs the people of the former Yugoslavia most often associate with the Republic of Macedonia."

  • @INTRUDERSRB

Makedonian language, country and history does not exist

  • @sampodria1 why everybody says so? i wanna know why everybody says that macedonia is greek?

  • @Miki138

O my God! i didnt ever ever hear something like this!Who told you this?!?Macedonia is bulgarian,it was part of us i thing from the begining of my country(681 a.c.) till 1878 when, after the war with Turkey,we are separated. The greec are here many many years ago,but i have never hear that somebody telle that Macedonia is greek. It is bulgarian,we have one language, one history, one folkloor, but they don't believe,i don't know why....

  • @Miki138

In fact, our country did not make anything for saving this part,so if i was on the macedonian plkace, would never say that i am bulgarian...so..they have the right to tell:We are macedonian, the fucking world is crasy, you know, everything change very fast...

  • @sampodria1 Well, i heard a lot of comments like Macedonia is greek, or that Macedonias don't like Greece and Greece don't like Macedonia. I met one guy from Macedonia and he said, that he don't like Greece, because they stole and copied macedonian culture. Now i found out, that Macedonia is bulgarian. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me !

You have beautiful history, i guess.

  • @Miki138

It is impossible that Greecs stole the macedonian culture, cause the Greecs are here a long time ago.Our history was beautiful before 1018 a.c.,but,we can say that it's a long history. However, everybody can think all that he wants, and the moment NOW is important.NOW we're zero,Macedonia is worst than us,but the Greecs are very well!

    Peace!

  • Comment removed

  • @Miki138 macedonia (northern greece not FYROM) is not bulgarian as i explained it was given by the Turks to then in 1400s when they took Greece by force. Then at 1st world war the Greeks took it back from them thats the real story my friend

  • @Soldfalcon It was bulgarian territory and we have the same languages, but with one difference.. in Macedonia people speak with dialekt, but I understan everything what they say to me.. And they understand everything what I said.. We have the same history, and our forefathers are the same..

  • @eLeNa3794 well i think FYROM was a part of Bulgaria in past. But thats besides the point the point is we stop pointing fingers at each other since politicians develop them so we can hate each other. So i think it would be wiser to put all these things aside and start trying to find a way of friendship :)

  • @eLeNa3794 well i think FYROM used to be a part from Bulgaria. But anyways. I think it would much better we start building up a friendship all together since our politicians of all 3 nations Greece, FYROM, and Bulgaria make up these problems so they would make us hate each other.

  • @Soldfalcon sorry my friend. You got lost in the history lessons ... Macedonia (not FYROM) was never part of Bulgaria ... except if you mean that it was occupied by the Bulgarian nazi in the WW2. Though , I like your brotherhood theory , but Greece and Bulgaria made a strong conspiracy implemented in their education. Peace out

  • @doneto91 There is so much Macedonia as Santa Claus! Yugo lies has died ! You do talk just like the old people in Plovdiv do! You specking old Bulgarian, the modern Bulgarian lenguge was developed to a level most modern Slavic lenguage. Worldwide who teaches Slavic, learn basic old bulgarian and modern Bulgarian in which has fold some grammatical times. At the presend you speak grammatically as in Bulgaria 100 years ago! Who teaches, he will succeed!

  • @donkalzzoneti I see you are from Germany. Y U UPSET coz I MENTIONED NAZI? Hurt your feelings? sorry. I didnt expect they will teach you details about Slavic language ... just read a book before you speak sht , you sound stupid. Even bulgarians know they didnt invent the Slavic language lol ... Who learns , will succeed! dumb f.

  • @doneto91 Kind of post Yugo disease? Now I understand why this year, according to authoritative research the countries Zambia, Kiribati and Macedonia are set to the lowest IQ worldwide! In your place I would be ashamed !

  • @donkalzzoneti , why not post the name of the "authorized researchers"? Or is that your first grade teacher saying that and you have no factual idea if that is correct? I would be ashamed to post this kind of shit ... but ok you earned your penny. I know Greeks are fckin broke at the moment. Have a nice life the next 3 decades ... here yo go , I have only 2 denars for that post of yours :/

  • @doneto91 A very recent book published by a Nobel Laureate geneticist Richard Lynn and other world-renown geneticists and neurologists called "IQ and Global Inequality" suggests that countries with lower average IQ rates tend to be more nationalistic.

Average IQ for MACEDONIA: 87 - so dont be my gast! Just stay where you are!

  • @donkalzzoneti 1st- Macedonia is not on that list. I cant find it on the web with that info either. 2nd- If you look around (multi sources) you`ll see this: Macedonia IQ: 93 (6500 people tested), Greece IQ: 92 (18770 people tested).Town with Highest average IQ in Macedonia - Skopje: 96.90 IQ. 3rd - What the f is Bulgaria? I know bulgarian silicon girls ... nothing more than that. Nor Bulgarian history.

Are you mad coz Macedonia won the case against Greece in the ICJ? xD Trollface.

  • @doneto91 buy the book :)

  • @donkalzzoneti send it to me as a gift than.

  • @donkalzzoneti if thats the case, well i think americans are the most patriotic human beings on earth.oh wait, they actually are

  • @doneto91 I suggest that in Bulgaria no one give a shit for you :)

  • @doneto91 well i studied it in school about it (american school) when i did world history. So either all history books are wrongly interpreted or someone is lying from the 1400s and later on.... but i am sorry for mistake i did about FYROM.... but my phrase still stands why dont u guys just get along with each other since its the politicians that actually caused this big problem, not u as people of those countries.

  • @Soldfalcon I strongly understand and respect that phrase ... citizen communication (in 4 eyes..at least) are not on hate level at all.I hang out with greeks and bulgarians , its just there is too much hate on the internet. Though , i didnt say you learn the wrong history, but since I have only 20 pages from my history book dedicated to american history , i dont expect you to have more bout our history :) ... Occupation is not considered as "part" of that country ... cheers

  • @Soldfalcon I apologize not Macedonia (doesnt exist) but the former Yugoslav Republic so called :)

  • obicham bulgaria

  • everybody knows it's a bulgarian song lol....

  • The only country that compose this songs are Bulgaria!!! Bulgarian song

  • of corse its a bulgarian song and actually of the famous grammy winners bulgarian magic voices chor... they sang a lot songs for greek acient films or tv-shows and we greeks know that... ex. Joseph Lo Duca (Xena) and also for great epic movies... nobody is fighting about that... we are glad that they are making with their voices such beautiful soundtracks!

  • Song fuelledwith Magick.

  • Cant we just enjoy the song =_=

  • @darkxcircus I agree. Its a great song but its getting ruined by all the fighting over it.

  • Definitely a Bulgarian song!

  • I can decide who is more stupid here...Bates who claims this is his work...Or those who claim this belongs to Iva...

This is a folk song,it is unclear if it is Macedonian or Bulgarian...but it is certanly a folk song...

And Iva sucks at singing it,Toše's version is waaaay better...

  • the second part of the song is Serbian wtf u talking about, not sure the first. Serbians the slavs have always been in these lands before byzantine before rome and always will be fuck you muslim scum who claim these lands as theirs, Bulgarians need to smarten up and not ally enemies against their Serbian brethren, same for all Orthodox and slavs Balkans will always be ours, wake the fuck up.... and bulgarians backstabbing Serbs from behind in the war was cowards shit.............

  • @03Srbija

  • @rosenberg011 You're shitting me right? I guess you mean that this is the song "Izgrejala".But you must be a fucking retard in order to think so !

  • @VuchetoKucheto HAHAHA you are a fucking dumb ass. Did i say that is the song im talking about?

  • @rosenberg011 with Bulgarian lyrics? try again..

  • @rosenberg011 this song is based on Bulgarian folk song \ "Zaidi Zaidi clear sun \" sung by Iranian Azan Ali specializes Bulgarian folk singing in Bulgaria

  • Трябва да си пазим фолклора от набезите на варварите, които го крадат най-нагло и го продават и правят пари от това!

This is Macedonian song, dream about that, It is not Bulgarian, and it will never be!

  • Comment removed

  • @plamsitybg

    it's great,timeless,beautiful song ,not bulgarian....

  • holy shet thats powerful

  • i will say only on think and i don't want to listen any different opinion . the makedonia is,was and will be greece . the great alexander too . there is only one makedonia . the skopia is a different country and the name is FYROM .

  • not surprised to see discussions again... and why do people compare Macedonia (the one with Alexander) with Macedonia nowadays.....

  • And no MegaOpty we don't think that everything is ours. We exactly know what is ours. We don't want your country but I think you want ours.

  • @alekomarkovski1 Please do not manipulate history. Those days there were city states like Sparta, Athens and Makedonia. A country was constituted by city states that were believing in the same gods and, most importantly, speaking the same language. All Makedonian archeological findings (grave of Philip II in Greece) indicate that Makedonias were speaking ancient Greek and believed in 12 gods. Quite easy to understand why they were Greeks.

I guess in FYROM you speak Albanian or something.

  • If you read the books you'll see that Aleksandar of Macedonia made a huge land all across Europe and Asia conquering a lot of countries called Macedonia. Ancient greece was part of that land. Macedonia conquered greece. Now how to hell do you explain that Macedonia is part of greece. After the Balkan wars you took part of Macedonia. And still that part is called Macedonia in your country and most of the population are Macedonians . This is history my friend I am not making up anything.

  • @alekomarkovski1 yes you are making up lies! The people in Macedonia country are bulgarians ,reed real books with real history and dont make up lies ! Before the Balkan wars there was no country called Macedonia ,only the name of the land is called like that but its part of Bulgaria ! It has nothing to do with the ancient macedonians !
