NYCT RTS Bus 8847 squeels to a stop on the Bx-3 Bronx TMC

I hate when RTS brakes get that loud. It seems worse during the winter months than the summer. However the 99 Novas, Orions/New Flyers are not that bad when it comes to loud brakes.
