and it doesn't work now because you are using a strong AV transmitter with the GPS too close to the antenna
basically you are blocking the GPS
that's the most likely reason
try again without your AV transmitter

Did you resolve the problem eversince?? These things are still pretty expensive--i don't understand: didn't they have an address or guarantee where you could send them back for tests?

I just purchased a second BlackStork system because I had the same problem and figured that I must have fried the GPS during the set-up because it did work for a minute the first time I turned everything on during a ground test. Never worked since then though... Sounds like I might have wasted my money buying a replacement. We'll know more after this weekend. If the new one doesn't work I've got an Eagle Tree and RangeVideo Gen2 waiting in the wings...

If this was your view...i dont understand how you flew...lol....mind you...i dont understand anything you mentioned anyway...this is all new to me. Its looks like a very cool setup though. Its to bad it doesnt work for you. :(
