However, if you want my opinion, i believe to fix it up just a little, you should start your main riff at 2:18 earlier. Maybe have the green at 2:17 the start of the main riff, because the transition there is a little rocky.
Another minor change i would make: Make the orange note at 3:17 a yellow note. The guitarist only went up one half step, so the chart should transition to yellow.
The next weird spot i see is at 3:39ish. To me, it sounds like at this part when you charted the descending quads, they should have been ascending quads. Now i may be mistaken, but if you care i recomend taking the song at 50% or 25% to make sure the notes actually descend.
Lastly, the part after the o.O part i disagree with. Instead of the fast trills, i would recomend strums on the highest note. E.g, 3-4 strums of the orange, then the descending quads. But that is totally a judgement call.
3:39 is definitely descending. I listen to these solos at half speed when I chart them (the lowest feedback goes), and its the same as the first chorus.
Strummed O's is actually how HMX charted the Arterial Black solo in GH2. I just like difficult stuff, and I like to chart stuff correctly pitchwise. Personal style again :P

That one part is like Joe Satch's flutter tap. He's just tapping with the edge of his pick as fast as he can (which is pretty damn fast) while fretting with his left. Tapping solos always screw over GH games. It is one of the few things that are just SO much easier in real life than in 5 button format.

2:17 is all personal preference. I don't like starting riffs immediately, and the orange seemed to stick out most to me.
3:17 I completely agree with.
