what!?!?! I though you where making Piccata. There is no alfreado or olives in Piccata. Where are you capers and butter that is the base of the sauce.

Chicken piccata = fresh lemon, wine(optional), capers and butter. What this video shows is far from a piccata. How embarrassing for this chef.

Kosher salt? what's the point of kosher salt unless all the other ingredients are kosher? And a jar of sauce?
Not much of a chef if he can't make his own sauce.

@toomuchrose altrought you right about the stupidi canned sauce = FAIL! you are dumb about kosher salt. Kosher salt is used because its course... not because you HAVE to make kosher food out of it...so dont be stupidabout it.

thank you for this video...i was in the grocery store today and had no idea what white wine to get...because i don't think wine and i didn't know if it mattered which kind to get as i'm making it for a seafood dish and would also like to use the remainder of it for Italian dishes.
