I'm gonna be a harsh critic to myself here for a moment. Looking back at this I really wish I did it differently. The pops in the audio suck but to me the real problem is that it feels like 2 different trailers. For a minute there it feels like a psychological thriller and then it suddenly shifts into a psychological drama in the last part. I should have cut it off after Lex fires the gun and then make the last part a different trailer. Live and learn I guess

oh thats my bad. some how i thought that this was for my smallville sacred vows trailer. no the one your asking about appeared in the trailer for a beautiful mind. im actually not sure what the name of the song is but you can find it on the motion picture soundtrack for the film deep blue sea. i had to buy the soundtrack to get it though. i couldnt find it online. hope this helps.

yeah im definately a fan of the character. i think he is the most interesting character on a psychological level. what makes this good guy from the early seasons turn into a villain? they were doing a great job until recently with him. also i think rosenbaum always delivers great performances. but i would say that clark is still my favorite character just cuz i relate with him more. but lex is pretty damn cool

thank you. im still trying to take a bit of a break from smallville. this is because im not too happy with the show lately. true they still have some good moments but in general i feel they kinda lost their way. i do have a smallville video i made back a few years ago that is kind of like a summary of the first half of season 5 that gives john kent some play. im gonna try to upload that soon. i will think about doing a trailer focusing on john more though some time soon.

I think the first 44 seconds and the last 44 seconds are excellent, but in between, it feels like the tone changes and the plot gets bogged down with extraneous sub plots.

Another very creative trailer. Once again the editing was very good and I liked the manipulations. I especially liked the zombie type footage with the blood(1:27 -1:32). Great musical choices too. Especially the one starting @ 1:22 and the score from the Beautiful Mind trailer starting @ 2:32.

But once again, the audio needs SERIOUS work. Tons of cracks and pops, and more rough audio edits.

8/10 - Great editing, music choices, and concept. But rough audio.
