I wish the Bono haters would shut their pie holes...he is so humble, and he knows what time it is....he does have a big ego..he admits it...thats why he is the lead singer..and the larry mullen band became U2 ..lol...great guy..i was lucky enuff to meet him and he signed everyones albums, books..gave me a hug and said thank you and was cracking jokes...very VERY humble guy...he knows how lucky he is

Why did bono enter the stage after? His behaviour seems to be very arrogant. He has always wanted to be THE star, but now that he hasn't got much of a voice anymore, only the ego remanins. That's sad.

Fortunately there's Eddy, who was and still is a great singer, as well as a modest and simple guy.

@claudiaortenzi you're reading too much into that...I love the people who say he's got an ego..this is a guy who talks to his fans & signs countless autographs after appearances,has been known to give fans who have hung outside U2's recording studio in Dublin's docklands rides back to their hotels back in the city..he doesn't do things like MTV cribs..keeps his family out of the limelight unlike Ozzy or Gene Simmons..guys like Page and Jagger refuse to sign autographs..these people have egos

@claudiaortenzi because he is letting eddie have the spotlight for his whole verse, because he is a rock star and because he is putting on a "show" for people. and when you have to entertain people you will find that there are ways of doing that.  for this event bono selected one of them and the crowd went nuts.
