In Sharia capital punishment a family will automatically seek revenge due to emotions (not logic or wisdom)

Secular Capital punishment offers recourse for the purpose of making absolutely certain that an offender is guilty and deserves death (unlike Shaira whereby an innocent man who is charged with a murder will be dead very quickly)

Islam Sharia is an outdated and primitive form of social order and law.

Or perhaps we should bring back the Inquisition? LOL

@MrGriegos They are living in the past... They want to join the rest of the world but they are stuck in the past! WE have had the same type of punishments and such but we learned and evolved! Many also know that the book you read from was still written by a a man and some of it might not be the true word of god but instead the word of its inscriber! If they wish to join the rest of the modern world they really need to do some catching up lol! I mean their thousands of years behind, with firearms

If the murdered person has no living family, then what?

What if the family forgives and the killer goes out and kills again? Who's fault is the second victim? who protects the community from a serial killer?
