@laurapowerrs Thanks. Kitty ( the horse) is 35 years old. She was bought at auction 18 years ago, after a career at the track. She's been a wonderful horse.
That bag of frozen pierogies look generic but in the pan they look homemade. Where did you get them? That's a Bangin Dish! The new generation think that pierogies are just deep fried.
@TroysKitchen Yes, they are generic perogies from the No Frills store. Many people deep fry them and some fry them in all the bacon grease but I like to make them in one pan and I also try to keep it a bit more healthy. Thanks for the sub.
When I cook perogies, I like to fry them with chopped up bacon, crushed garlic and onions. Then I combine them in a Alfredo sauce and serve them over bowtie pasta with fresh veggies and crusty bread.
I must say that does look good.

is it safe to eat uncooked perogies?
MMAGillz 4 months ago
@MMAGillz I don't think it can hurt you. The shell is just pasta, basically, and it is stuffed with potato and cheese.
Jeeperrandy 4 months ago
@MMAGillz they are already partially cooked but the flour may not be a good idea ....
