filipino hosts do american accent in international events.

and filipino english is much of spanish accent like pacquiao, not chinese.

For the previous pageants, Miss Earth opening with the delegates in national costume, and later the opening wear, swimwear, top 16 swimsuits, top 8 interview wear, and evening wear. But in 2008, the national costume still have, but the swimwear parade & interviews remove, replaced by the top 8 closeup videos. But I love Miss Earth!!!
