  • Glen Miller's Chattanooga Choo Choo

  • I LOVE it when Kermit and Piggy go all Fred and Ginger! =D

  • Fozzie hasn't been doing too much stand-up this season. Odd. I guess Kermit finally took pity on him.

  • Gonzo said that his mom have died 2 years before he was born. Probably, that Gonzo came from an egg and he didn't hatched out for about 2 years after his mom laid him.

  • well what do you know!

Statler and waldorf actually liked Fozzie on stage......as long as he doesnt tell any jokes

  • Gonzo said the kangaroo kept something, I don't remember what, in HIS pocket. If the kangaroo was a him why did he have a pocket?

  • Fozzie singing with Statler and Waldorf!?

    SHIT JUST GOT REAL.

  • "They're paying me $250 an hour."

"Oh, come on, is that a lie?"

    'One of my best."

  • Fozzie should really stick to musical numbers rather than to comedy! ;D

That Music Hall act of his is absolutely adorable! Just look at Waldorf and Statler! ;)

But, speaking of them - why are they always so touched by those acts? And why do they know most of the songs by heart theirselves? I always wondered whether they are meant to be British or American.

  • @AleeraGorvan Statler and Waldorf are very old Americans, probably from George Burns' time. Older stuff reaches to them because it's from their era.

  • @AleeraGorvan themselves, not theirselves.

  • ya george burns is 100.

  • You must be a genius to write such corny lines.

  • I like how any of the muppets throw their heads back when they perform like fozzy does at 4:37 LOL

  • what is that song that fuzzy is singing? Please help!

  • @GrafRamolo "Wotcher Knocked 'Em in the Old Kent Road" this is one of the UK spots not shown in the US when they first aired.

  • When Kermit said he would'nt dance for the third time, I expected Piggy to be like "Oh yeah? Hiyah!" and chop him.

  • @razorramone63139 He makes it known to her he won't dance no matter what she does.

  • @Stephen10528 Well yeah. That's the whole point of the song, I think.

  • Wspomnień czar...!!!

  • Wspomnień czar...!!!

  • lol

  • Phone jokes.....LOL. Ring a bell haha!

  • Oh. I'm guessing she had a sense of humor similar to that little routine?

  • A better question that comes to my mind is, "If Gonzo's mother died two years before he was born, how is he even here??" But then, Gonzo's entire conversation with George didn't make sense. I wonder who Gonzo reminded George of.

  • Simply. Gracie.

  • George Burns' late wife, Gracie Allen. He loved her deeply and they were a great act together.

  • What happened to George Burns's wife?

  • @collgoff , George's Wife Gracie retired in 1958, and died in 1964 do to heart disease, she had a heart attack and died.

  • I was thinking the same way Naitaidai.

  • In the Veterinarian Hospital skits, it always cracks me up when they look around for the announcer once he starts talking.

  • I love the "I won't dance" thing

    Poor Piggy,Kermit won't dance :<

    Dance.Kermit! Dance!

  • On the subject of cigars, how long did Uncle Milty smoke his cigars? He died at 93, and it was colon cancer.

  • but George burns died in 1996 at an age of 100 years and 50 days

  • a very rare moment in Muppet History... This is one time when Statler and Waldorf didn't heckle Fozzie. lol

  • True but he wasn`t telling jokes this time, plus they always seem to sing along with old songs like this one :-)

  • It's amazing George Burns lived to be 100 even though he smokes. He must've quit after this.

  • Both George Burns and Bob Hope lived to the age of 100. That is a long time not many people can say they lived that long.

I wish I had meet both of them before they passed away. Bob and Geroge and Vincent Price were the 3 stars I wish I had meet at least once. i admired all 3 of them.

  • I remember the show celebrating Bob Hope's 75 y/o birthday, George Burns said some words, and at last he said "Bob, I am 82, ...." I got stunned when I saw this (subtitles), I was only eleven, and I am in Taiwan.

  • @Astraldragon1 Another Muppet Show Guest Star from Episode 8 Season 5 Senor Wences The Ventriloquist lived to be 103. He was born in 1896 and died in 1999. So three Muppet Show Guest Stars lived to be 100 and 103.

  • @Astraldragon1 My Granny lived that long

  • I think Mr. George Burns must be lucky to live that long 100 years.

  • @LFirstbasema George Burns didn't really smoke. One always sees him on stage with a cigar simply because, when he went solo after Gracie retired, he needed a timing device or a prop for when a laugh didn't come as he expected. He would go on stage with around a 9 inch cigar and by the time it burn completely down, he knew to get off the stage. Read "The Hundred Year Dash", it contains a lot of information about his life and work.

  • @mosh2mozart Good for him that he didn't really smoke. Both of my grandfathers may have lived longer if they hadn't smoked.

  • Waldorf: bravo bravo

Statler: why are you saying bravo did you like it

Waldorf: no friend of mine Joe bravo is sitting in the 3rd row

    Waldorf: bravo bravo

    Statler and Waldorf: up here

    lol

  • how could Gonzo's mother die 2 years before he was born? that's weird

  • Gonzo is the definition of weird. That's the point/joke.

  • lol

  • @ggrarl Thats what makes him Gonzo, I mean a non-wierd Gonzo would just be a blue something but not our Gonzo.

  • wow Statler and Waldorf actually didn't say anything mean to Fozzie for once. :D

  • "Hey, how many of those cigars do you smoke a day?"

"About 20 a day. At my age, I've got to hold onto something."

    LOL!!!!

  • I love the conversation with Burns and Gonzo at 5:12--

"How did you get a name like Gonzo?"

"My mother gave it to me. She died two years before I was born."

"Well if she died two years before you were born, how could she give you that name?"

"She left a note for my father."

CLASSIC George and Gracie style conversation!

  • ``Doctor Bob , WOW , are you ever going to operate?''

``Uh no , but I know who will?"

    ``Who?''

    ``The telephone operator!''

  • I love Miss piggy's face when kermirt starts singing and shes like

"Im going to hit him." x]

    I love muppets =]

  • "Dr. Bob, are you ready for your next patient?"

"Next patient? What happened to the last one!!!?"

"He left for a better doctor."

    "Which/Witch doctor?"

    "That's right!" ROTFLMGDFAOOL

  • "Dr. Bob, are you ready for your next patient?"

"Next patient? What happened to the last one!!!?"

"He left for a better doctor."

    "Which/Witch doctor?"

    "That's right!" ROTFLMGDFAOOL

  • "It's a telephone! What's wrong with it?"

    "It isn't working."

"Isn't working? Well tell it to get a job so it can pay me!"

    "Maybe it's a pay-phone!"

  • "I must be getting old... I think I enjoyed talking to him."

  • heehee That was the best Vet Hospital skech. and that has to be the only time the old men enjoyed Fozzie's act. I just love this clip all around. *I won't Dance*

  • "Does the telephone remind you of anything?"

"Well, it does ring a bell!"

  • I bet that many celebrities would agree that the muppet reporter is a true representation of certain real life reproters/information sources that twist people's words.
