  • I've got a single flute made out of cedar, and U want to learn how to play it, but my fingers can't cover all the holes properly. Did you have any trouble the first time?

    Also, any advice on how to correct that?

  • @RStudiosPrimo Covering the holes properly can be difficult depending on your reach, how far apart the holes are, etc. You also want to make sure that you use the pads of your fingers, and not the very tips, to cover the holes since they have greater surface area. In all, just keep practicing, and remain conscious of where your fingers are. After a while, it'll become second nature, and you really won't have to think about it at all as you play. Good luck!
