There is no score of this song for any instruments even in Japan.
I've listened the song many times and found the cords.I also have no tab or score. But I can teach something.
First of all, set a capo on 7 fret and play following cords.
Am→G→F#m7-5→FM7→E7
C→Bm7→E7→Am7→Am/G→F#m7-5→FM7
Please find your arrangement.
I think that is the best way.
