It seems it's not even rated in France, despite its violence, which did surprise some. We don't also rate films for the language as much as some other countries do, it's more about the graphic content and themes. And as it's dubbed, the "fucks" can easily be translated into smthg else anyway. This was "freigegeben ab 16 Jahren" ("approved for 16years up") in Germany and I'll consider that a slightly questionable decision as this movie is VERY violent...but it's soo funny, that nobody should be disturbed or offended by its violence...which makes it even more questionable.

The anime based on the second manga series of Sailor Moon began production before the second manga had been finished, so a new story arc was written to begin it with. I know, its a manga which is different, but it similar to what Mark says.
