Just walking the thread mill can do the cardio. Do the squats I recommend a full low squat with weights on your heaviest in 1 - 10 reps rotation volume once or twice a week only (3 hours a week). That's called strength training and it also hits the core or abs. It's up to you if you're gonna do cardio every day or do the other conditioning, yoga, pilates, isometrics whatever( Becomes strength & conditioning).

I use it about 4-5 times per day, usually 40 reps a time. I have a lot of fat on my legs/upper thighs though so it will take a while for any effects to show. I can really feel the benefits of it though.

She has some dank legs dude; this is the best video on You Tube I think. I wonder how how long, how much hard work, it will take me at 5'3, ughhh...125 lbs. I used to be 112 forever until I hit 52. Now I am 54; not fat but not tone. Can't get into those favorite jeans, you know the routine. I am going to buy the LMagic from a magazine that came in the mail. I will keep you posted on this You Tube sight.
she goes down on the floor and does crunches and pushups for 1 minute each. then she goes back up on the machine for one more minute and thats it. Hope it helps :D

@robbinthebeesknees Less than 200 if you go the same speed as her. The vast majority of that comes from the lunges anyways.
You'd be better off getting a pair of running shoes and going for a brisk walk or a jog.

only do as much as your body can handle.
you can never exercise too much. but if you are too sore, dont work out until the pain is gone.
if you do large workouts put a day spacer in between your workouts.

try running for at least 30 minutes before you do the workout. you need to get rid of the flab before you see the fab!

there are only maybe 3 minutes left in the video.
