If true, yes, heroin is worse than pot, certainly, but I never really understand how it's the governments business. I would never encourage anybody to do heroin, but I do think people have an essential right to do with themselves what they want. They're harming themselves, but it's their own personal choice. They're not hurting others. If people have a heroin or cocaine problem they deserve rehab treatment, not being thrown in jail with murderers and rapists and thieves.

I think that the dealers should be given harsh sentances and addicts should be given help.Drug dealers are often vicous and cold blooded so that is why the drugs they sell are illegal.We dont need to give evil people a way to make money.

Depends on what they're dealing. Pot, mild hallucinogens...who cares, ya know? It's not harmful. If you're selling cocaine or heroin or meth, I guess I agree with you, but I prefer to judge things on a case by case basis. The drug trade is violent because it's illegal, not the other way around. The same thing happened with selling alcohol during Prohibition, violent gangs took the place of legal business enterprises.
