The question is still good even with protools: When you make CD's of your music is the volume of your music loud enough? Do you do any mastering before creating a CD? and Why did you move away from Cubase and switch to Protools? Just wondering?
Ok, I tried (in vain) to add or even just to look at your profile on FB. You no longer exist! I need help, no, I meen i need HELP getting to grips on CUBASE XS, Im a long time song writer and bass player as well as, you know the usual; Jack of all trades... Enough keyboard, Guitar etc, but now i'm solo. It is literaly, doing my nut in!!! Can you help me? darrenkennyford@yahoo.com
Sounds great brother! I just bought the Digitech RP255 Guitar fx processor, came with Cubase LE 4... I can't wait to get the hang of it...going on day 2..lol...keep it up man sounds great!!
great job was nice. Alright so i bought my mixer its a Alesis Multimix8 and it comes with cubase le5. I can't figure out how to get it to work properly and record it wont go into cubase but it records in any other program i have but cubase is the best one i have of all can you help out?
i love what you're doing, keep it up! I have a laptop using an interface with a not so compuer savvy nature,so I'm really finding this helpfull,Thanks! What you did seetting the level may be the fix i've been looking for to solve my disortion problem.
I haven't found any information as to how to record MIDI in Cubase, particularly when using an R16 recorder, interface: controler. Can anyone help. I can find information about recording audio but not digitally using a keyboard. Please, can anyone help?
Hey, nice vid man, couple of questions for you. First, what drums did you use to record this song? A pre-recorded loop? How is it done? Also, I have the Native Instruments Complete which includes: Guitar Rig3, Massive, Battery, and other various softwares. Would I record via midi instead of audio with these?
I have a disc full of drum loops. I just copy cut and paste. Ihave only messed with Cubase LE. I dont know anything about the Midi side of the software. If you learn it you should make a video.
It would be better not to use a video camera microphone, but the audio quality sound good. The drum track sounded to hard hitting for the style of the track, and the bass line in the middle parts had a nirvana type of vibe that seemed little strangely odd, the guitars shimmered nicely, great effort, it will only get better.
Very cool man,I just bought an alesis io 26 that comes with cubase le.Thought I would watch your videos to get a jump start.I have not received it yet, but I did record one of my songs with a camera,if you get a chance check it out.
I think I can play that on the drums. Anyhow, sounds really good. Nice depth, unlike some of the new crap on the radio. It'll be interesting to hear with lyrics, but it sounds good as is.
Love the vids bro.
