Vadiação was shot in 1954 by Alexandre Robatto Filho with 2 masters and their students: Waldemar and Bimba. The director cut it in a confused way, mixing scenes of both schools. The main players of Waldemar scenes are the old Curió (the tall guy with the white suit 01:20 m ), Nagé (the one of the camera close-up 03:07 m ) and Traíra (the cheeky with a slim moustache 03:12 m ) and in Bimba scenes we can see his son Crispin playing the berimbau at 04:04 m and Rosendo at the pandeiro at 04:20 m .
