its faster to cut them and use the roe or caviar as bait, i did this alot for 99 and also for agility then from 90-99 i did swordies and tuna with swordie gaunts, other then that decent guide

No, knifeing is slower than straight fishing. Knifeing is like... 50k xp/h and straight fishing is 60k xp/h + I've heard this from a friend.

I'm getting my fishing up at barbarian village fly fishing in world 1, it is much faster xp because you just give the raws to noobs for free, after 10-20 minutes you already have 1 person to give the raws to, they usually cook them and give em to some other noob. It's very quick, but nothing beats RSC, where the fishing spot never moved. :)
