Knowing what that road's like for people pulling over into the cycle lane (which was a stupid addition, it's narrow enough up there as it is) I wait and overtake on the outside when it's clear. It's not only lorries that do it either, it's cars and taxis so watch yourself down there mate.
Pretty obnoxious driving to park on double yellows, let alone double yellows in a bike lane, when there's a cyclist right behind and obviously visible in his wing mirror.
God I hate this route into town on a bike.
