We did field testing with the St Louis Rams during August 2 a days in 97 degree weather. They tested 40 packs which lasted an average of 15 to 20 minutes (each) before the cooling started to drop off noticably. We recommend changing the packs after each series, or around every 7 - 10 minutes, when you come off the field.

Our packs fit many helmet types, but as a rule only larges and extra larges (some mediums, depending upon the helmet liner). If you buy the packs (on the website) and they dont fit, just send them back and we will fully refund the purchase.
