if your device isnt rebooting and you cant restore via itunes you need to go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings. Then do the jailbreak again. THOSE STEPS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING OF OF YOUR PHONE SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACK UP!!! then sync itunes with your device then its happy jailbreaking. thank me later ;)

For some reason the Map app and GameCenter app icons are plain white. Could this have deleted the icon image or something? Any ideas?

Other then that this works well. Just be willing to try it 2-3 times if it doesn't work once. DOn't get frustrated.

For all of you who are saying its not rebooting just restore your iPhone/iPad using iTunes and it will work. I just did this and worked for me and i hope it works for all you too!

If you're getting errors with this CLI version, try a restore to 5.0.1 and try again (don't restore from your backup until you are finished with the jailbreak). It should solve errors. Thumbs up so people see!
